  Initially everything was good. They responded with a quick quote, scheduled and completed my job in a reasonable time period, and did a nice job of sealing and crack filling. I had every intension of using them in the future. However, a day or so later we noticed their workers had left workboot footprints from the driveway seal on our sidewalk. I have called twice and sent pictures. After over 30 days NO RESPONSE...even though I was promised a return call and visit. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!! I plan on replacing my driveway in the next couple of years and Image Pro’s won't be contacted. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

  We used Image Pro’s for some concrete work on our house. The foreman, Rob, was excellent and did a great job. We were also looking for someone to remove our current driveway, and to expand and repave the driveway. Rob quoted our job and we paid the deposit to get on the schedule for the driveway work. Since the concrete work went well, we decided to use Image Pro’s for our driveway work. BIG MISTAKE! Image Pro’s removed our driveway but many areas on the driveway had incorrect measurements. After trying to contact the owner, Glenn Cox, many times through the office and texts (you cannot leave a voicemail as his voicemail is full), Glen finally came out to discuss the issues. During this meeting, Glenn was dismissive of our concerns, even after we had shown him and he agreed that there were many places where measurements were off. We continued to ask how he would be correcting these mistakes with no real answers. Eventually Glenn stopped answering any of our questions and suggested we get the driveway requoted. After the unprofessional attitude and Glenn’s unwillingness to work with us, we did get the job requoted. We did not have Image Pro’s do the work, we had another company, Bel Rock, give us a quote and we went with them to complete the driveway work. We were quoted, from Image Pro’s, that the removal, disposal and prep of the driveway would cost $4,157.00. The deposit we paid was $7,023.00. We are asking the difference of the work not completed. We contacted the office and they told us that we needed to talk to Glenn regarding our refund of $2,866.00. We consistently tried to reach Glenn with no answers. After weeks of texting Glenn explaining that if we did not hear from him we would have no other choice but to file a claim against his company in small claims court. This is not an option we wanted to explore but we have no choice since we have heard from no one from Image Pro’s. I WOULD NOT ever work with this company ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. If I could give the review no stars I would. Glenn said he was a professional and would do the right thing but his actions show otherwise. The new company we used for the driveway, Bel Rock, were professional, answered all of our questions and completed the job as it was quoted. This is the company we would recommend.

  I could not be happier with the work Image Pro’s did on my concrete patio and front sidewalk. From my first phone call through completion of the job, the entire experience was excellent. I received a quick response when I called, and the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule an estimate within just a day or two. Robert “Robby” Stevens came out to evaluate the work, and his decades of experience were immediately apparent. He professionally assessed both my patio and front sidewalk, explained what could be done, and provided a very reasonable estimate. Just as importantly, when the work was completed, the final invoice was exactly what I had been quoted. No surprises or added charges. I was especially impressed by the crew that performed the work. These guys WORK. There was no standing around, lounging, or wasting time. From the moment they started until they finished, they worked efficiently and continuously and helped one another like a well-oiled machine. It was honestly impressive just watching how well they worked together. One little moment really summed up their work ethic for me. Near the end of the job, one employee was rinsing down the patio while another was moving the very heavy concrete-raising equipment up the incline from my backyard toward the front. The employee with the hose happened to glance over and see his coworker struggling with the machine. Without being asked and without a second of hesitation, he immediately dropped the hose and ran over to help him push it up the incline. Nobody had to tell him what to do. He simply saw that his coworker needed help and reacted. That may seem like a small thing, but to me it says a lot about the people a company employs and how its crew works together. The entire operation was like an engine running on all cylinders. This wasn't a small amount of equipment to bring in, either. They had a truck with the mixer stationed at the street with one employee operating it, while the other two crew members arrived with another truck carrying the heavy raising equipment and everything else needed for the job. Robby also came out for approximately the first 20 minutes to make sure the crew understood exactly what needed to be done before leaving them to perform the work. Everything was organized and professional from beginning to end. Most importantly, the finished work looks fantastic. My patio had settled to the point that water was running toward the house, and they were able to raise and correct it beautifully. The patched areas were finished neatly, everything was cleaned and rinsed down afterward, and I was extremely pleased with the result. Based on this experience, Image Pro’s will be getting more of my business. I have a rental property in Rockford that will eventually need driveway work, and I plan to have them come out and provide an estimate for that as well. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find companies where you get excellent communication, fair pricing, experienced people, employees with a strong work ethic, and excellent workmanship all at the same time. Image Pro’s delivered on every one of those. I highly recommend them.

  Image pros just completed two projects at our home and one at our business. They were very professional, neat, clean, and they answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The quality of the projects exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a driveway replacement or parking lot sealing. Thanks, Glenn, Rob and the crew!

  I am very disappointed with the job they did in my concrete driveway to seal my seams. Pretty shabby work! never hire their arm again!
