I called Estate Deck and Fence for a quote on two projects, a fence and deck-rebuild, worth $118k. After leaving a message & asking for a return call, I didn't receive any calls until a week and a half later. Due to their poor response, I chose another builder, who answers calls right away, and came out the next day, even on Saturday. I can say it's poor business practice to lose jobs worth nearly $120k, when they don't return calls.

I would not recommend this company. I originally reached out to them for an estimate for a new covered deck and demolishing the old one. At first they were very responsive and told us it would be 2-3 weeks to get the proposal. 3 weeks go buy and I reach out to the estimator. He said he was hoping to have it within a couple of days. Another week goes by I reach out again. This time someone else replied and stated the original estimator no longer worked there and the the person that responded said he would look into it. Another 4 weeks go by and finally receive another communication that my proposal was ready for review. I would rather pay a little more for good customer service than poor customer service. At that point I had already chosen another contractor for the job.
