  I contracted with CPS to repair a sunken sidewalk and sunken steps. The result was incredible! Great job at reasonable price. I had CPS seal the joint afterwards. Love the product that they used. Deal with Jessica. She was great with good follow-up. This is a eight family apartment building, and there was very little inconvenience to the tenants.

  After initial work to lift level concrete patio, noticed settling after two years. They came appraised the situation and came back and re-lifted and leveled the patio. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

  CPS bid came in less than first bid I got for the job. Very fast on doing estimate, and I got lucky because they had an opening the next day (otherwise would have been a couple of weeks which is what I would have expected). Concrete portion of drive is now flat rather than totally catawampus! Had been as much as 4 inch difference. Very professional and friendly people!
