Cleaned coils, checked filter, ensured drainage pipe not clogged, checked Freon and electric components outside unit. - ELEric LudwigJul 29, 20261.0The tech did a job that only took a half hr. But I got charged over 200 bucks for the job. The part was under warranty. I had to pay 99 dollars for a service fee. Ok no biggie. I had to pay an additional 124 dollars to fix it. I called Bruening to ask why so expensive. The lady on the phone said the 99 dollars is a diag charge now. Which is it? Service charge or diag. If it only took a half hr they should not charge for a full hr of work that they did not do. I feel like I got screwed. Would not recommend using Bruening
