  We had both our furnace and air-conditioning system replaced at the same time and the experience was exceptional from the start to the finish. Mike was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to clearly explain the issue with our old units while answering all our questions with our budget in mind. The following day Sergio, Aidan and David arrived on time and provided outstanding service. They were courteous, personable and very kind to my dogs. They worked carefully to ensure the job was completed properly and when an issue arose, they stayed later than expected to make sure everything was fully resolved and working correctly. I would gladly return to TR Miller because of the excellent service provided by their team.

  Marvin came out today when our AC stopped working. He took the time to hear the whole story of what had been happening and looked over all the equipment thoroughly. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understood what was happening and how it would need to be resolved. He even talked me through what to expect next which was supper helpful as I have never had such a large job done on the house. Thanks Marvin!

  I called having never used TR Miller and was pleased they could come out the day I called. The technician who arrived was wonderful, his name was Jocki and I felt so taken care of and informed of every step as he helped fix our water heater. He never pushed the process option it made me aware that I had options. He was amazing and has helped to ensure I will call TR Miller for my future repair needs. Also, he even gave my dog a bone, which was just a nice unexpected bonus that ensured everyone in my house was happy, even the dog :)

  Beware of TR Miller I had TR Miller install a new AC unit about 7 years ago. When I recently turned it on and it wasn’t working, I called them for service. A technician came out and told me the issue was with my furnace, quoting me around $4,000 in repairs, including about $1,700 to replace the blower motor. Before moving forward, I got a second opinion from a trusted HVAC professional. When he inspected the unit, he found the blower motor was working fine. The actual issue was just a capacitor, which cost about $10 to replace. This was extremely disappointing. Being quoted thousands of dollars for a repair that turned out to be so minor makes it hard to trust their diagnosis. The technician was also training another employee at the time, which raises additional concerns. As a single mom on a tight budget, this experience was especially frustrating. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs by this company. I will not be using TR Miller again.

  called when a water heater went out. was specifically told I could get service that day even though it was later in the day. waited four hours and called back twice to confirm and was told a tech would reach out. the last call (9pm at this point) i was told scheduling ends at 4pm. So noylt only was i lied to twice, but i also couldn't confirm i was on the schedule for the next day. Also, now I'm sitting here with a broken water heater that I could've been calling actual 24 hrs service companies that no longer have availability. Thanks TR Miller, very professional and helpful. would not recommend nor will I ever in the future.
