  Had a drain blockage create an urgent repair need. Called in for appointment, they came first thing next morning and got repairs done for a very fair price. Tech was very professional and careful to not cause any collateral damage. Job well done! Only issue was scheduling via an AI Agent...it could not understand that my email address had a 7 in it and kept spelling it back to me as seven. After a few rounds it got it right but if the interaction was recorded I apologize for my profanity laced tirade after the 4 try to get my email address spelled correctly.

  Had AC inspection by Paul with Tiger and was told it needed a new compressor as it was grounded out and a new AC was recommended. He even showed me the meter that tests unit saying the reading confirms compressor needs replaced. When having a new AC unit quote by another contractor, they offered to look at my current AC and found it only needed a new capacitor installed. My unit started right back up with the new part and I saved spending between $4500-$9500 for a new unit. I do not recommend Tiger for an inspection or replacement. Had 3 other quotes for a new unit that cost significantly less than Tiger’s $9799 cost to replace at their cheapest cost unit. If you are told you need a new unit, I would highly recommend a second opinion.

  Shady. Frustrating. Paid almost $400 for dryer vent cleaning and can't get them to come out and finish the job. They left it worse than it originally was. You WILL NOT be able to get in touch with a real person to keep them honest.

  Called with a/c issue specifically told Galaxy it was a r22 system sent out tech(good guy) was informed by tech they don't service r22 system bye bye 100 bucks for a nice conversation...very disappointed
