I would not recommend SNS Roofing based on our experience. We had several issues with our job and repeatedly tried to contact the owner, Seth, to give him an opportunity to come back and make things right. Unfortunately, our calls were avoided several times instead of our concerns being addressed. One of our biggest concerns was the OSB charges. We were charged $125 per sheet for more than 10 sheets of OSB, but only 5 sheets were actually used on our home. The remaining sheets were taken away by the crew, yet we were still charged for them. We are also having issues with the gutters that were installed, as they are now leaking. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable we simply wanted the problems with our job addressed. Instead, when we continued trying to get the situation resolved, Seth became extremely unprofessional, used profanity toward us, told us the job was completely finished, and sent a completion letter to our insurance company. We gave SNS the opportunity to come back and make things right before leaving this review. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Based on the workmanship issues, billing concerns, and the way our concerns were handled afterward, we would not use SNS Roofing again.

Class act operation. Started the job with a storm coming and finished up nicely. Looks great. The crew was so easy to work with and answered any questions I had. Emmett is awesome and tons a tight crew. Highly recommend.
