  Everything was great! Unfortunately my garage drain was unable to be fixed beyond a slow drain. However Devon was vigilant in his effort! I have no doubt the drain is going to require a more extreme method. I will need to decide if it would be worth the added expense and effort. The way the concrete is poured, I do not experience much water. Finally, he did an excellent job of describing what he was doing and providing me with very helpful tips for the future with respect to the main drain in the basement which was my main concern Eddie Urish

  Our foundation repair guys excavated and then broke our water intake pipe mid Friday morning. I started calling plumbers once we got the water off but no one was available to start a new job on a Friday afternoon. Understandable but distressing. Rotor-rooter came out the next day to give an estimate, let us know there was more than one break and set up for the necessary equipment and people to be there Monday. They said I would have water on by Monday night, and I had it back Monday afternoon.

  **Update:** Someone from Roto-Rooter did contact me today to discuss the price increase, so I appreciate the follow-up and the explanation. That said, after having the opportunity to compare pricing with other local companies, their pricing is much higher than their competitors for the same/similar work. While I appreciate that they took the time to address my concerns, the pricing remains the biggest issue for me. Still updating my review to 4 stars because the techs are great. —————————————— Beware of their pricing! We had to use them in December when we had sewage backup. They came after hours and the week of Christmas. It was $200ish to clean the drain. Fast forward to last week, we had the same issue and called them again. This time, to do the exact same thing on a random weekday during regular business hours, it was $550! When I asked about the price, I was told “not sure, price increases.” The workers themselves are very polite, but for that price we will not be using them again. I even called to speak with someone regarding the price and have been ghosted now for 3 days. For what it’s worth, I called and spoke with another highly reputable company in the area and they charge $175 for the same thing.

  Since I'm a widow and on a fixed income, everything outside of groceries and gas is too much for me. The young man did a good job + told me as much as he could about what was needed. Now I have a water heater that doesn't work anymore and I don't know how I'm going to get a new one. He gave me an estimate for one installed and I will get back to you on that. Thank you for getting someone here so quickly today!

  THIS POST iS BY LINDA MCGUIRE for service in 08/21/2026 I cannot say enough good things about the service we received! Our plumber truly made it his mission to make sure our plumbing problems were completely resolved before he left—even though it was a Friday night and I’m sure he would have much rather been heading home. He worked tirelessly, never rushed, and refused to leave until he knew everything was working properly. What impressed me most was the genuine care he showed in making sure an elderly woman would have everything she needed working safely and correctly before the weekend. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and shows this level of compassion for the people they serve. He went above and beyond what we ever could have expected. Excellent work, incredible dedication, and even better character. I would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you for caring about the person behind the plumbing problem , you made a stressful situation so much easier! ❤️
