  I was given a High initial estimate on window replacement. Then “Manager” was going to come by to see if they could lower the cost. Last minute cancelled two (2) in person appointments. I said I wasn’t going to make a third appt but the “manager” could call me to discuss. I never heard from a “manager”. The sales/marketing staff continued to call and text me months later after I told them NO! They want to set up an appointment for the “manager” to come to my house. Not wasting my time again!

  They cancelled my initial appointment with one hour notice after asking me to be courteous and give them several hours notice of cancellation. After I was told both my self and my wife need to be at the appointment, I told 2 people that was not likely to happen and the appointment was still made , confirmed and rescheduled and confirmed again with the same arrangement that only I would be at the appointment ( most likely). When the representative showed up for the appointment he was unaware that only I would be attending and had to call the office. After the call he said he couldn't continue the appointment because it is company policy that both homeowners need to be present. If that is the policy then...1- you should not have made the appointment. 2- you should not have made a second appointment. 3- you should have told your representative coming to the house about the break in policy that YOUR COMPANY put into play. Once I told the rep that I would not reschedule and I would not use Mad City in the future his friendly and professional demeanor changed to rude dismissive then silence. I was still talking to him when he walked out my front door and let it close behind him. Up to that point I had told him I had nothing against him since no one communicated properly with him. Once he walked out on me I opened the door to tell him he is obviously part of the problem.Ibwas prepared for the high pressure dales that I heard about, but THIS was completely unacceptable. For the record for the right price, I was going to replace 11 windows and 2 sliding patio doors.
