- PKPatrice Kasky5 days ago1.0I really don’t know what to say except that I’m very disappointed with this company, I’ve had 4 appointments scheduled the 1st appointment he was really knowledgeable and had us ready to go with them, the next appointment there was car trouble and they didn’t show up, the 3rd appointment no call, no text, they just didn't show up and the 4th appointment got a text an hour before they were to be here sent me this text “This is Mad City Windows and Baths, unfortunately your advisor that was scheduled to meet with you is not going to be able to able to make it. We will put you on a list a call you back as soon as we are able to get someone back to your area.” This makes no sense whatsoever out of 4 appointments you only make it to 1

Our install included 4 LARGE trapezoid windows in the East eve of the second floor of our log cabin. The installers made the job look easy...Everything was cleaned up as the installer advanced. We are extremely satisfied with our new windows and all that worked with us.
