We are so happy with the way the roof turned out. The crew was quick, efficient, and extremely clean. The sales rep that came to quote and help us through the process was wonderful and did a great job explaining everything. Everyone was very friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. Outstanding experience with Blue Line! I have a house in the Knolls with a large roof, a one story ranch, with a large pitched portion with multiple peaks and a 20’x20’ flat portion.
One day in and out. Great communication with Jerrid prior to execution day. He gave me a one-week notice of our house being in the que for today. The project manager, Rich, did a great job of keeping me informed about the status and decking issues throughout the day showing me pictures of the rotten wood they were replacing. The crew worked consistently very hard. Excellent cleanup. Jerrid reviewed the job and did a walk-through with me. He saw a minor issue and had his crew redo a cap before they finished. Other than the sign they left in the yard I wouldn’t have known they had been here today. Great experience for me and I’d highly recommend them for any residential pitched or flat roof!

I reached out to Blue Line Roofing for an estimate/ do I need a new roof? Don Watson looked everything over stated I could wait three to five years yet!! He also fixed a few little issues where it was leaking a bit. Being a senior citizen, I was overjoyed for a quick fix plus the biggest was his honest opinion could wait a year or so. Super nice guy. I will definitely go with Blue Line , not if but when it’s time! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Do not hesitate to call BlueLine! They did a great job replacing my windows last year, so when my roof was damaged by a storm recently, I called them first for this emergency.
I was worried that it would be difficult to reach them considering all of the local damage, but they got back to me right away. I worked with Caleb, and he went above and beyond to take care of everything. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely love his job. He met with my insurance adjuster, and worked to get all of the damage covered. And Caleb had my roof and gutters repaired less than 24 hours after my adjuster had finished!

During a major rainstorm, my house started getting water in an area where it definitely wasn’t supposed to be. I reached out, and Jerrid personally came out to take a look and help figure out what was going on.
What impressed me most was that he took the time to help me when I was stressed and worried about my home—and he didn’t charge me a thing! That kind of kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help says a lot about a person and a business.
