  Terrible experience with a clogged kitchen sink drain. The technician did not attempt any actual troubleshooting or work on the clog. Instead, he immediately recommended replacing my entire plumbing line for over $8,000. When I asked about clearing the drain, he quoted $550 to snake it but said he couldn’t guarantee it would work and even suggested it might damage my pipes. Despite no work being performed, I was still charged $120 for the visit.

  We had Arnold & Sons perform two services this morning. They installed a new Toto toilet and performed a descaling service on the tankless water heater. Two Arnold plumbers, Connor and Jeremiah, arrived on time and went right to work. They finished both jobs in about two hours and as promised. They left the job site after carefully explaining what they did, tested their installation, and leaving the job site clean and up and running. Connor knows his business and he and Jeremiah work as a team, are professional, and very courteous. I fully recommend Arnold for all your plumbing needs.

  My wife are headed out on vacation and recently noticed our hot water tank was leaking. We called Arnold and sons. On the same day, they sent Robert and Hunter out to look at our system and give us an estimate. They were very pleasant and wrote up a comprehensive estimate on the spot. The next day, the day before our trip, we called Arnold and Sons and asked them to replace our water heater. We knew it was a big ask, but asked if they could come out today to replace it so we wouldn’t have to worry about it while we were out of the country. They got back to us within 15 minutes and said they could do it. About an hour later, Kendrick and Jared came out with a brand new water heater and installed it on the spot. After the installation. Kendrick spent time with me answering all my questions.

  Tech came out for navien repair. Hot water heater would not power up. I had to stay that was fuse and show where it was. Also most disturbing was not fixed and would told to come back next day cause no fuse for that cause special fuse. This is a $10 fuse and can be picked up at any local store. Also was told cost of new one would be over $7k for option #1 or option #2 was little over $5k and to replace fuse was $609 and then not sure if that would fix it. Either way I had to pay $300 which was half. I called another plumber and replaced fuse and pump which was $200 in parts and total cost was $404 and contacted owner Brad Arnold and he never called me back. I was recommended to this company and I guess this is how they treat disabled veterans.

  VERY UPSET!! IF I COULD DO A ZERO STAR I WOULD. AVOID THIS PLUMBING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Very unprofessional & unethical in how they handle business. We used Arnold plumbing for a few repairs & they were great & we even gave them a 5 star review UNTIL… it came to a project they did that caused flooding in our kitchen & basement-& office that they said they were 100% responsible for & would take care of & that we would even be a top priority since we paid for their membership. They gave us the run around- and now 6 weeks later we are still dealing with ripped up floors, had to remove a bunch of furniture from our basement, have a basement bathroom ripped up& floors ripped up partially & left in our office area. We still have water in between our floors & have no idea if MOLD is now growing there or not?? (Side note) Arnold hired Blu Sky for the water mitigation & Blu Sky has been wonderful!! We have a crawling baby - so It’s been such an inconvenience!! The communication has been terrible & they haven’t followed through with what they originally said. They had us talk to their insurance and now have to wait even longer to get this taken care of. We have to have an appraiser come out. Arnold is only willing to pay AT CASH VALUE of the floors that were damaged & not going to pay for the repairs and also adding in the depreciation value. Our home insurance recommended getting a lawyer involved & had never heard of anything like this. We will be reporting them to BBB if this is not taken care of immediately.
