There was good communication as to the appointment and for Charlie's arrival. Charlie was knowledgeable and informative with recommendations, easy to talk to. Update: I had a plumbing inspection done today by Bashar. He was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything he found. What stood out most was how thorough he was—he walked me through both current issues and potential future concerns, provided photos, and answered all of my questions without rushing. I’d highly recommend Bashar. Vwey good experience overall.
