  We had heard from a friend about the quality of TuffShed products and the convenience of using them offered. Happily, I discovered this to be true after meeting with Craig at TuffShed - Palatine. He patiently assessed my general expectations and needs and helped us select the shed we wanted according to our own values and expectations. Craig was invaluable in walking with us through our selection process. Ultimately, we have the shed we wanted and a personal sense of satisfaction with the process. We were also grateful as we later had a change of mind regarding placement at the door and changing window location which Craig easily facilitated and remedied. I also appreciated how Craig gave us the impression that he was looking out for our best interests throughout the process and not just trying to make a sale. I’m glad I met with Craig and that we purchased our TuffShed. The picture we included says everything. I have to add that the installers were great as well: professional, courteous, and motivated to please. All in all, thank you, Craig! You’re the best!

  Tuff shed has bent over backwards to get my shed built. Incredible customer service. Please give them your business. I wish all companies cared this much about their customers.

  My wife and I were at first going to go through Home Depot or Lowe’s to look for a shed. Then good friends of ours referred us to Craig Kelly, design consultant with Tuff Shed. From start to finish, Craig was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Our total experience with him to the install was outstanding ! Craig set us up with someone who tore down the old shed, hauled it away, then came back and poured the concrete slab. The Tuff Shed installers completed building the shed in about 4 hours ! We were very impressed with the quality of the product, the workmanship from the installers and the follow-up from Craig to make sure we were completely happy with the overall experience. We are. I would highly recommend TuffShed and Craig Kelly !!

  Nice shed, but beware of a major, undisclosed cosmetic issue We recently purchased a Tuff Shed, and while the actual structure of the shed is quite nice and sturdy, there is a major cosmetic issue that potential buyers need to know about. Every Tuff Shed comes with a very ugly, 6-inch metal galvanized band that shows all the way around the outside bottom edge. It is incredibly unsightly and completely ruins the clean look of the shed. The biggest issue is that we were never told this would be the case during the design or purchase phase. It completely caught us by surprise upon delivery.When we brought this complaint to our salesperson, they were visibly unhappy with our feedback and actively tried to discourage me from writing a online review. They offered some suggestions on how to improve the look, all of which would cost a significant amount of money. If you care about the aesthetics of your backyard, make sure to ask about this metal framing before you buy. I wish someone had warned us- we would have gone a different direction with our purchase had we been made aware.
