  I was initially really satisfied with their work. They came out same day and fixed my slider. The trouble came when I asked for screen replacement on my 2 sliding doors. It has been over a month and my screens have still not been returned. They scheduled an appt for yesterday and no-showed. If they were honest about the timeline, I would've waited and done the replacement later. Update: screens are in and everything is done.

  Alex was one of 4 contractors contacted for job and he got the job because he was thorough, communicated well, and MOST importantly showed real concern for doing it right and spending my money wisely. We have multiple walls of glass with sliding and screen doors, 3 of which needed work. Rather than replace 3 screens, he was the only one to suggest they could be repaired. HUGE savings. They were straightened, rollers and screen replaced and are working well. Additionally, 2 glass panels were considerably foggy. He informed me this was a cosmetic issue, but that he could replace. He further suggested I would get more precise color match and price for these non-standard sized panels by going directly to his supplier. He then called that company to have them contact me. Finally, a large slider was VERY difficult to open. The frame needed to be stretched and hardware was replaced. Smooth as silk now. We are now enjoying our views and a wonderful cross-breeze. Less reliance on HVAC for summer comfort. Very happy all around. Thanks Alex.

  These guys replaced my old aluminum screens with new fiberglass mesh, and the results were excellent. The work was high quality and completed with professionalism, care, and respect for the customer. The owner worked with me personally to make sure I was satisfied with the final result, which I really appreciated. I would gladly do business with them again and strongly recommend them!

  We've been working with this company for a while now and they have always been very wonderful to work with. They value your time by either being adherent to the schedule, or by providing timely updates if there are delays or reschedules needed (which if I recall correctly, only happened only once out of many work orders we have submitted). Overall they are great, reasonable price, amazing customer service, and very friendly. Especially the owner of the business! Awesome guy! If you want something done the right way with 0 fuzz at reasonable costs, go check them out!

  Alex and team repaired my 45 year old sliding patio door for under the estimate. It’s now sliding freely. I m very happy with his knowledge and work. Make sure you speak with him directly to avoid confusion.
