  When my husband and I decided to have our home's guest bathroom totally renovated, we preferred to remain with a local design firm that had multiple years of experience. Kitchen & Bath Mart had over 40 years, and a major presence in Rolling Meadows, and their larger showroom in Niles. Meeting Chris R, their head designer without an appt in their Rolling Meadows store, he was polite, respectful and professional listening to what we desired. We admitted we just started searching design firms. We felt comfortable and confident speaking with Chris. We waited a week before we met Chris in Niles, and see Chris' proposal. Chris would also remain with our renovation from beginning to the end; even answering some texts with questions on his days off. We made our material choices at the Niles store with Chris at the next appointment. And, as he knew I already had an idea of what design I wanted, Chris remained with my original vision, and of course, added onto it beautifully with his ideas and product choices. Chris, Joe and Dennis kept us informed in every step of the project. Shaun, their sub contractor for the demolition and construction of the project was excellent. Lazar, Moe and others were excellent also. After the demolition began, they spotted numerous defects in the walls and floor and readjusted everything structural. Both my husband and I felt very confident with them. Even with the tiles being laid, each tile had a subtle different pattern and Lazar's fine vision was beyond our expectation caring enough so that everything blended together perfectly. We are extremely happy with the end result, have received numerous compliments from friends we've entertained in our home afterwards. Kitchen & Bath Mart also provide a lifetime warranty on their work and material. They also remained with their initial proposal and quoted price (even with the structural problems they addressed with extra material needed to remedy the issues). We will definitely recommend Kitchen & Bath Mart to everyone. And, we would also hire them again if we decide to renovate anything else in our home.   The KB team did a great job on our kitchen. We did and extensive no demo renovation that turned out beautifully. The installation teams were like artist. It’s beautiful and my wife tells me she loves it almost every day.

  We had an outstanding experience with our master bath and wet room renovation. Everyone we worked with at Kitchen and Bath Mart was warm, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They returned calls promptly, showed up on time every day, and delivered the project on budget. The design phase was a joy. Krysti walked us through every choice, offered smart suggestions, and made sure the final plan fit our vision perfectly. The installers were just as impressive, skilled, respectful, and wonderfully communicative. They checked with us on every placement of fixtures and accessories to ensure everything was just right. The large format tile, field tile, and mosaics were all masterfully done. This is a team that cares deeply about their work and their clients.   Joe and Chris were a pleasure to work with. Always prompt to follow up and resolve any issues, and the finished bathroom is beautiful!

  Our renovation was a total gut. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a new floor throughout. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything was resolved in a timely manner. We are pleased with the results. Thank you for a job well done!
