  We had an outstanding experience with our master bath and wet room renovation. Everyone we worked with at Kitchen and Bath Mart was warm, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They returned calls promptly, showed up on time every day, and delivered the project on budget. The design phase was a joy. Krysti walked us through every choice, offered smart suggestions, and made sure the final plan fit our vision perfectly. The installers were just as impressive, skilled, respectful, and wonderfully communicative. They checked with us on every placement of fixtures and accessories to ensure everything was just right. The large format tile, field tile, and mosaics were all masterfully done. This is a team that cares deeply about their work and their clients.   I used Kitchen and Bath Mart for our master bathroom remodel. We purchased the cabinets, and all the tiles from them. They were very efficient and accurate with the predictions on the lead times for the materials. When I realized that we were short a little on one order of the mosaic accent tiles for the shower walls they were able to do an expedited order and it was delivered directly to my home on time. All the materials were delivered as expected. The cabinets they recommended were a wonderful quality. I will use them again for other projects.

  Our renovation was a total gut. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a new floor throughout. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything was resolved in a timely manner. We are pleased with the results. Thank you for a job well done!
