  Our Family has been an Allied customer for many years.We decided after several estimates to choose Allied once again for our new furnace. Chris Blanchard Offered us a great price, excellent communication In setting up the installation. Jeff and colin our Installers were right on time, very professional, and patient in explaining Thermostat & functions in detail , making for an outstanding experience once again. We highly recommend and are thankful to the entire Allied team!

  Absolute professionals. Our AC finally quit and it was time to replace it and the furnace. After soliciting quotes, Allied came in well under other local businesses and even agreed to match any extra services the other businesses had provided in their quotes. On the day of installation Jason and Jackson arrived on time, got right to work, and I barely even noticed they were here. I was quoted about 8 hours of work and they finished up in a little over 5. The system looks great and runs smoothly. Highly, highly recommend Allied for all of these reasons.

  Another outstanding experience with Allied! After a duct cleaning company damaged our condenser coil and fried a control board, which the duct company tried to fix and only made more of a mess of, we asked Allied to come repair our system. Craig came out the next day and at least gave us a functional furnace (vital as the temps were cold over the weekend), but we decided to replace the A/C as long as so much work was being done. So Matt came out the day after that and quoted us for the repairs and replacement of the A/C unit within an hour or so, including sussing out rebates available in combination with our furnace that they’d installed a few years ago. Meanwhile, Maureen in Accounts Payable notified us that the financing terms offered by Carrier had changed between us accepting the quote and the installation date (only one business day), and as they were much more favorable, she took care of getting us the more beneficial financing. Jason came out today and installed the new unit (heat pump, precisely), replaced the coil, fixed the duct work and plenum, and did other things to make sure that we were back to snuff. It looks amazing, he took care of our home and garden as if it was his own (including being mindful of closing the gate to keep our dog safe), and everything, heating and cooling, is running like a champ. Everyone was wonderful, explaining what was what along the way, making recommendations, and being kind about the mess they were left to fix. As well, between Matt and Kevin, the service manager, we got all the detail needed to recoup costs from that duct cleaning company who started this in the first place. Allied was responsive in our time of need and never took any advantage of the position we were in to gouge us, as other companies do to their customers. And best of all, we know from nine years of personal experience with Allied that they stand behind their work (not that it’s ever been a problem). Feeling relieved, happy, and well cared for.

  We recently had 2 split systems installed in our home, in addition to the relocation of two air conditioner units. The team, Whittaker, Steve, Zac, and Dylan were fabulous to work with. They were able to work with our construction, were flexible, and did exceptional work. Allied has installed 2 furnaces in our home over the years. Awesome company to work with!

  I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. Initially, I called them out because my heat wasn’t working. The technician was able to get the heat running again, but shortly after, my furnace started making an extremely loud noise that it never made before. I had a second technician from the same company come out to diagnose the issue. He told me the noise was “normal” because I have a large furnace, and then suggested it was the blower motor. That didn’t sit right with me, especially since the noise only started after their first visit. They came out again and continued to insist it was the blower motor, but couldn’t even guarantee that replacing it would fix the issue. At that point, I decided to get a second opinion from another company. They took the time to properly inspect the system and found that the inducer motor had been physically damaged—likely from something being dropped during the initial service call. So instead of just fixing my heat, this company appears to have caused additional damage and then misdiagnosed the problem multiple times. Overall, this experience cost me extra time, stress, and money. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you use this company.
