  Aaron Sanchez was dispatched to our home to restore electricity to our garage and barn, which had been damaged during a lightning strike. I never thought he’d be able to get the garage door opened to repair the circuit breaker inside, but he got it opened and quickly resolved our electrical problem. The next time I need an electrician, I will contact Town and Country and ask for Aaron specifically. He did a great job.

  We have used town and country for the last 5 years, they’ve been maintaining our ac and furnace and have done some minor repairs for us in the past. Every tech we have had has been great, upfront about costs, honest and friendly. We always have great customer service when we call or when they call to schedule our maintenance. Our ac and furnace were getting old so we decided to get them replaced and they made everything super easy, the work was done in a day and they made sure everything was working great and there was no mess left behind. Today I opened the mail and saw they sent cookies! Super thoughtful, and in 2026 you just don’t get customer service like that any more so it is very much appreciated! Thank you

  Friendly service all around from setting appt to talking to the tech. Called for service after our unit froze up. (Our fault, air filter was dirty, but called for maintenance anyway) Tech let us know they offer a monthly fee for annual maintenance on ac and furnace that also comes with discounts on after-hour and holiday calls, happily signed up to have that aspect of the house maintenance out of mind.

  Jim is a very good tech. He is nice to talk with. They have a very good team. My compressor was making a rattling noise from day one.Problem solved. Works great no more noise after Thomas V changed my compressor out. He is a very good tech. I want to thank Trent the manager to making this right. Town and Country is very good company to help you out with problems. They treat you very well. I will always use there service. My wife and I are very happy.

  Town and Country is an amazing company. Our serve man Brian was extremely knowledgeable about his plumbing but also gave us his time and energy to explain everything. He was so kind and patient. His clean up was impeccable and we felt extremely confident that if we ever need service. We’d call T & C and ask for immediately! We also joined their membership Great price. Thanks again.
