  Serviceman Emanuel Venezula was fantastic. But the company over priced the part I needed. $320 for a $20 capacitor is outrageous. Advertises 30% discount for first time customers but that's only if you sign up for their annual maintenace/inspection for another $230 which was not in their advertisement.

  Logan from Modern Air did an excellent job during our HVAC inspection at the Restaurant. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our HVAC system. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we understood the condition of the system and any recommendations. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. The company was also very responsive and easy to work with from scheduling to service. Overall, we had a great experience with Quick Response and highly recommend Logan and their team for HVAC service and inspections.

  I highly recommend Tom and Modern Air for any heating and cooling needs. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. He responded promptly, arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and completed the work efficiently. His pricing was fair, and he took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. It's refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to family and friends.

  Our Carrier air conditioner went out last week having lasted 20 years. Decided to stick with a sure thing, so received a quote from Casey, our Solutions Specialist who did a great job explaining what would work best for our home. No high pressure sales tactics or upselling; just the best unit based on what our needs were. Manny and Logan were our techs that handled our installation; both very courteous, professional, and comprehensive in their explanation of the work that was going to be done. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience with Modern Air Solutions. I highly recommend their services.

  Our air conditioner finally needed to be replaced. Casey came out to give us a quote which was extremely easy. Both Manny's came out for the installation and did a fantastic job. It was a very long day but they got the job done. As we finished up signing the paperwork, the software update on our thermostat finished and kicked out an error (it was working previous to this). Manny tried troubleshooting but it started raining and lightening so we decided it was safer to call it a day. I spoke to the office first thing the next morning and Jason was out by 830am to get it fixed! He was prepared with a few different parts but it was an even easier fix than we thought. I was up and running by 930am at the latest. Great experience with everyone and I appreciate all the communication. We signed up for the maintenance plan so we'll continue to use them for our HVAC needs! Highly recommend.
