  I second what the other low review said about rude on the phone. They refused to do a camera sewer scope as part of a home purchase inspection, some thing that is very normal the business.

  Called the office and made an appointment to have a sump replaced and drain unclogged. Eugene came 2 days later. The clog was much worse than anticipated. It was very deep and not easily accessible with standard rooting. However, Eugene knew exactly what to do, and unclogged the drain, and later replaced the sump pump for a good price. Eugene is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. We will definitely use Southtown again for any plumbing problem.

  As long as they will be in business, my family will always be faithful customers. We have entrusted Southtown with our plumbing for over 20 years and we have never, by no exaggeration, have ever had a poor service experience. Kathy is always so pleasant and helpful when scheduling, and Dino, is always fast, efficient, and courteous during service calls. Their team is nothing short of amazing.

  I have been using Southtown Plumbing for years and they are always quick to respond, professional and get the job done right the first time. I called yesterday about my sump pump running non-stop. They were here within an hour and replaced the pump and the check valve. Highly recommended!
