Cecil Harris, my sales rep, was extremely helpful. He ordered samples for me so that I'd make the right choice of carpet color. He was always accessible when I had a question. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you Cecil!

Outstanding company to do business with! My new carpet is absolutely gorgeous. The installers did an amazing job moving our VERY heavy furniture! I don't know how they did it! Very impressed with the final result they created in our home. My salesperson, Cecil, was top notch as well. He is very professional, friendly, patient & in-tune to his product! Sherlock Carpet is lucky to have him!

The Mohawk product speaks for itself but the service we received from Don Dignan at Sherlock's Carpet was way above and beyond. The carpet looks great and the price was excellent. But due to some complications Don himself had to do a follow up and he handled it phenomenally. I chose the carpet for my brother while I was in town and could not be there for the installation and my brother knows zip about carpet. Don filled in and I cannot say enough about how this helped. I highly recommend working with Sherlock's Carpet and Don Dignan if you are nearby.

I had such a great experience from start to finish! Don, my salesperson, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and made the entire process so easy. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me find the perfect carpet for my home without ever making me feel pressured. The installation team was just as amazing! They were professional, friendly, efficient, and did a beautiful job. They took great care with my home and furniture, and everything looked fantastic when they were finished. You can tell they truly take pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with my new carpet or the overall experience. A huge thank you to Don and the installation crew for making everything so smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!
