  We had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster, especially working with Jon. After discovering our furnace exhaust pipe had become disconnected — causing years of hidden condensation and water damage inside our walls — they responded quickly, assessed everything thoroughly, and put together a straightforward plan. Jon’s communication throughout the entire process was extraordinary. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

  Cody came on a Sunday and did an awesome job on cleaning my carpeting after my dog had a massive incident. The carpet looks as good as new! He was very professional and kind. I’d highly recommend their service.

  Cody from service master by Bouck was wonderful. I’m a senior and don’t remember having an incidence needing so much repair. He was patient and fully described the services his Service Master site provided. He was extremely through And also helped with bringing up items from the basement which he didn’t have to do. He took his time and didn’t try to oversell his services. He was on time, called prior to arrival, and came the next day on time, calling an hour before arrival. While Allstate sent out service master, I would not hesitate to personally use this franchise again. Definitely a positive experience.

  Tom,,,Cody,,,,Sean ,,&,,,Eddie are exceptional employees‼️This company is so blessed to have them ...their attention to detail....hard work....and professional attitude was so evident....can you imagine picking up very small debris by hand (wow Eddie)....and Tom crawling in a 4 ft crawl space ,,,wet....damp...and removing all the wet unusable items ....and Sean non stop back and forth to the truck with debris & laying down blankets to keep everything clean....and my man Cody ....a genuine caring person with attention to detail....I was truly blessed to have this crew at my house in a time of chaos...with all the rain and flooding that occured.....I recommend this company to anyone who is need of a true clean up....THANK YOU FOR A EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!

  We had a major issue when our sump pump failed and left about 80% of our basement covered in water. Thankfully, we connected with a friend at ServiceMaster, and their team responded quickly — arriving within a day and getting dehumidifiers up and running right away. They did an incredible job mitigating the damage, removing affected drywall, an old bar, and a large amount of wood paneling. They also helped us clear out everything that needed to be discarded, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. By the time they were done, our basement was dry, clean, and fully sanitized. It smells so much better now. Throughout the entire process, they communicated clearly, kept us informed, and walked us through how everything works with insurance. They were honest, upfront, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend ServiceMaster if you ever find yourself in a similar situation.
