  They did an excellent job repairing a gas line to my Generac power generator and doing my annual maintenance on the Generac. Tech was knowledgeable and took his time to do make sure I like how everything was done. Highly recommended.

  We had bought a house with an existing standby generator. I recently called them for some servicing. Everyone from the office staff to the technician who helped, were excellent! I will certainly contact them again when I need servicing and eventually a replacement for our generator!

  We have now used CG Professional Services for about 3 years - It seems to me that the Generac System is more sensitive to start problems then it should be - But - we were very pleased with Dave, a technition with CG Professional Services. Our problem is now resolved and we thank CG and Dave in particular.

  Sean the service tech that came out changed the oil, filter, spark plugs, inspected the battery, inspected my air filter and discovered a leaking fuel line. Excellent service and transparency. Definitely have an expert preform your maintenance and highly recommend CG Professional Services.

  I did weeks of research when deciding to invest in a whole house Generac generator and contacted 6 companies for estimates. CG Professional Services beat every estimate and had the shortest wait time for delivery. Many companies are 9-12 months for delivery. We received ours in less than 4 months. Everyone working for this family owned business was amazing to deal with especially Cheryl the owner and Sean who did the installation. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about generators, kind and, professional. We couldn’t be happier with the generator or CG Professional Services. I highly recommend them.
