  Bryan and his crew are excellent. From the moment I called I was impressed. When you speak directly with the owner you know he cares. I hired Bryan to repair my mom's sunroom which had major water damage. He came and gave us a quote and we went with him and his company Vermilion Builders. I was beyond impressed with the communication and play by play texts with pictures I received from Bryan from start to finish. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond even doing a few things that were not in the original quote for no additional charge. I have found my go to contractor for all my needs now. Bryan you and your team are outstanding!! Thank you and I look forward to working with you on all my future projects. I highly recommend Vermilion Builders!!

  Bryan and his crew did a total remodel of 2 bathrooms for us and they look beautiful. Bryan was always available and unbelievably quick to respond to all communications. His crew was polite, mindful of the mess that these projects generate and cleaned up daily, and they showed care about our satisfaction. We would look to Vermilion Builders again for any future improvements.

  Bryan and his team at Vermilion Builders were awesome! I had a leak in a garage and it was becoming quite a concern. When I called Bryan he answered the phone (which several other contractors never answered, mailboxes were full or did not call me back). He immediately started to help me figure out what the problem was and he and his guys were there the next day - discovered a leak and have worked with me to get the problem solved and repaired. I can't think of any other contractors I've worked with that were so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend -- one of the best in Vermilion County (or probably about anywhere in the Midwest :))

  There is an awesome, honest, dependable, fair, and reasonable contractor named Bryan here in the Vermilion County area. I called some well known named business that never returned my call. Their loss, my gain! Bryan at Vermilion Builders just literally saved my house from having the flooring fall out of it from bad construction. Bryan gave us an estimate to fix the issue. He also gave us another estimate just in case the first plan to fix the house didn't work. The work is done, the house is fixed and Bryan kept his word on the estimate and did not charge on penny more. He has also made it clear that if the issue should return to give him a call and he will make more adjustments to ensure the house is stable. And if needed, he will be there to as our contractor if we should need more work done on the floor. I cant say more positive things about a business that never put the estimate in writing for us. Luck for us he is trustworthy, right? It is so difficult to find great people that do great work for a great price. I am so glad that I made it to the 3rd page of Google search and called Vermilion Builders!!
