  Bryan and his crew are excellent. From the moment I called I was impressed. When you speak directly with the owner you know he cares. I hired Bryan to repair my mom's sunroom which had major water damage. He came and gave us a quote and we went with him and his company Vermilion Builders. I was beyond impressed with the communication and play by play texts with pictures I received from Bryan from start to finish. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond even doing a few things that were not in the original quote for no additional charge. I have found my go to contractor for all my needs now. Bryan you and your team are outstanding!! Thank you and I look forward to working with you on all my future projects. I highly recommend Vermilion Builders!!

  Bryan and his crew did a total remodel of 2 bathrooms for us and they look beautiful. Bryan was always available and unbelievably quick to respond to all communications. His crew was polite, mindful of the mess that these projects generate and cleaned up daily, and they showed care about our satisfaction. We would look to Vermilion Builders again for any future improvements.

  We accidentally found this company by having a deck built for our swimming pool. This company built the deck and it is first class. So I asked the owner, Bryan to quote a remodel of our very 70's bathroom. I am so glad I did. Bryan and his crew are first class in every way you want a contractor to be...professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and just imparting real value. The work was done well and timely (and I was a work in). I actually don't believe Bryan would leave a job done beneath his standards. Since owning a house is a process of constant fix and renew, I'm already planning the next job for them.

  Bryan has worked on a number of project in our home this year, including installing new siding, installing a French door, and managing a large porch project, and we could not be more pleased and impressed with his work. His professionalism, knowledge, and building skills are unsurpassed! He has such a broad range of experience that he can oversee and execute even the most complicated project. His communication in the course of a project is excellent, and his standards for his work and those of others who work for him are very high. He takes great pride in his work, and that means that he will insist on the job being done right and to the customer's satisfaction. When challenges arise in the course of a project, he is very good at coming up with solutions and communicating choices to the customer. On top of all this, Bryan is just an all-around great guy, a businessman with great ethics and character, and a pleasure to work with. No matter what you need, Bryan will do a great job for you!
