I miss led by the young man who came to my door. When i realized he was switching me to Nordic i said no & called Nordic to make sure i was not switched. I was told no i wasn't because i didn't do the phone call. Today i was contacted by aep that i was being switched to Nordic. I canceled & then had to contact Columbia Gas to cancel it there too. It is a scam!

Okay so I want to share my experience yesterday the man come to my door and say they are working with National grade and just want to report that you will not get some extra charges from your electricity bill he say it so simple just need your email address and sign so next time they will not charge you so I thought it’s not a big deal so sign up and then I see the contract sign on my phone all night i couldn’t sleep I thought what if they trying to change my electricity company or something else so I just call today and told them like I didn’t sign for contract the man just say sign so you will not get any extra charges I told the lady I want to cancel all the things that I signed yesterday she say ok we will do that she just cancel my contract and that’s set don’t panic just called them as soon as possible if the people come to your door just say i am not interested that’s set
