    I’ve used King for 8 or so years now and they have always been extremely reliable. At the peak of this heat wave our ac completely went out. King was there within a few hours of calling and honestly I was shocked how quickly they got to me. It was over 90 degrees and the person over the phone couldn’t promise me any specific time, which was completely understandable! Unfortunately our system was pushing 20 years old and needed to be completely replaced. The tech Santiago who first came out was very compassionate, explained everything in great detail as far as what options we had to fix or buy new. We then met with Joe in sales who was also quick to arrive. He was very detailed, and easy to trust. We figured out the best option for our size home then got 0% financing for 4 years, which is huge when making this large of a purchase! The very next day was the install. I wish I could give Jorge and Oscar 10 stars but 5 was the max. We are on the second floor, this was July 3th (a holiday weekend) and it was extremely hot! The amount of up and down in this heat those two had to do then working in a unit that’s 92 degrees inside I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Jorge was amazing! They left our utility room cleaner than they found it! All the guys also made us feel like they cared about our animals, that really means a lot to us. It’s no question if you are considering King give them a call!

    The company requires 99.00 per call and gets detailed information prior to call so knew what was needed to diagnose problem. The serviceman came for call and talked about matters not directly causing problem then stated he wouldn't be able to look at unit unless I agreed to 600.00 fee. That should have been shared prior to call. Basically they charge 99.00 to walk in the door and tell you prior to any investigation it's going to cost additional money. The result was wiping condensation from bottom of unit. I paid 611.00 to wipe off condensation as no parts were disassembled. Rip off.

    This is long overdue! We had an appointment with King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in April 23, 2026. My appointment time was between 8am-12pm. I received several emails about my upcoming appointment prior to the date. Then the day of at 7:36AM I received a text saying my technician was on his way. Yay, he arrived early which I appreciated because I'm an early riser. Ken was nice, friendly and professional. We have a few dogs, that we did have locked up while Ken was there. Our yorkies are barkers, Ken did not seem bothered by the barking. He still talked to us about our HVAC system and what he would be doing. He took pictures of everything he did, emailed them to us, addressed any questions and concerns then made sure the system worked properly before leaving. Ken is a great technician!

    Poor Service! We have a King water heater that was installed not even two years ago and we asked for a service repair due to being impacted by the recent storms. The pilot would not stay lit. Seth was the technician that came out did not even attempt to touch the water heater immediately said that it needed a new replacement that will cost over $2000! He also stated the warranty that we had would be voided! We had a plumber come out today and fixed it within 15 minutes by replacing the control panel. We now have hot water again thanks to someone else! I would not recommend them again or use them for any of our appliance needs I am very disappointed in this lack of service, especially being without hot water for almost a week and this could’ve been resolved three days ago. Shame on you

    As new homeowners not even a week into our home, one of the last things we expected was to have to deal with a leaking water heater that was releasing carbon monoxide and pouring water from the pressure relief valve in the middle of the night! After having the system evaluated, we learned that the previous homeowners had self-installed the water heater and several other items, leaving much of the setup out of code and creating some serious safety concerns. While no one was available to come out that night, the company quickly responded the next morning by sending Martin, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the situation. Martin is truly one of the kindest, most energetic, and friendliest people we've met. He took the time to explain everything step-by-step, showing us what was wrong, why it was a problem, and how it needed to be corrected. As first-time homeowners, that education meant a lot to us. We appreciated understanding not only what was being done, but why it was necessary and where our investment was going. The installation crew—Steve, Anthony, Tyler, and another young gentleman—were absolutely phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard and treated our home with respect. Every member of the team was patient, professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions throughout the process. Just like Martin, they took the time to educate us on the work they completed and how all of the new equipment functions. The team installed a new tankless water heater, a water softener system, and battery backup systems for both of our sump pumps after we noticed signs that the basement had experienced flooding in the past. Having that added protection gives us tremendous peace of mind. As an added bonus, they also replaced the cartridge in our upstairs shower and resolved an issue we had been dealing with there. What could have been a very stressful experience ended up being a positive one because of the people involved. We are incredibly grateful to Martin and the entire crew for their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to teach us along the way. Moving forward, we feel much more confident as homeowners and are thankful to have Martin as someone we can trust for any future plumbing needs. We would gladly work with him and this crew again. We’re now a part of the kings program! Next up we have our furnace and A/C unit being looked at for a tune-up/cleaning and we’re hoping for the same smooth, easy experience!
