  Mike was very professional and informative. I didn't have any repairs done, it was a cleaning of A/C unit and Furnace at this appointment. Which was scheduled thru Home Depot.

  I started working with King when I purchased a HVAC unit through Costco (they subcontract). The sales guy who came to my home was great - no high pressure sales, gave me the best deal and explained the process. I've had the same tech the last couple of times for routine checks - nice and very professional. What has been really great is the King has reached out proactively to set up appointments for my routine service (required for my warranty). It takes the load off of me trying to remember amongst the million other tasks on my to-do list!

  I recently had a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed by King Heating, Cooling & Sewer. There was a minor setback during the process, but they absolutely made up for it in the end with excellent customer service and professionalism. A special thank you to Jose, who was outstanding. He was on time, professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Jose took the time to walk me through my new furnace system, clearly explaining how everything works and providing helpful instructions along with detailed warranty information. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was it made the entire experience much easier and gave me confidence in my new system. David and Nick were also great to work with. They were professional, efficient, and handled the installation with care and attention to detail. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and how everything was handled. I would definitely recommend King Heating, Cooling & Sewer to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

  Steve was outstanding and very professional explained what I’ll need now and in the future. He showed me pictures of the unit both inside and outside. My unit is 26 years old so I know it’s time for a new one. I’ll be purchasing one in August and it’ll definitely come from King. Muriel C. Mayes
