  Roofing redone at a reasonable rate. After getting through the rainy season the project went off without a hitch. The team was quick and steady to an early finish. The guys were pleasant to interact with and were gracious for the bottles of water even though it wasn’t to warm out. I couldn’t asked for better job satisfaction!!! Jim

  Do not use this company. They will take your money and will not do any work. They are terrible at communicating, constantly delay, and full of excuses. I recently received an email from D.J. Ficken, the president, explaining how they are no longer going to give timelines. This seems to be because they can’t organize their crews, equipment, and materials. This really shows how poorly run this company is. Numerous people have been waiting for over a year for work they have payed for and have nothing to show for it. I want my money back in full, D.J. Ficken. ***edit*** FM has refused to schedule our work. We have been waiting for over a year and this has been more than enough time to figure things out. FM is now trying to get me to sign a cancellation agreement and charging me $500. The agreement does not specify how much they are willing to refund and it specifies that they can still charge me for any “work” they feel they have done.

  How many one star google reviews have I ever left in my entire life? One. This one. It takes alot to get me to write something like this so if you are considering this company read this first. Look around at all the recent one star reviews, search facebook and Yelp and you will quickly find all the one star reviews in the past year. They have completed absolutely nothing on our house despite signing the contract in September of 2025. Multiple other families have reached out with the same issues. False promises, no install dates, etc. The insurance company basically said “find someone else or you will lose the depreciation” We had to cancel the contract as they could never commit to an actual install date, just more maybes, possibles etc. on several occasions they just straight up lied. They were supposed to refund our deposit money two weeks ago.’well that came and went. The only way to get them to ever respond is to in person. We still have not received our deposit money despite NO WORK EVER BEING COMPLETED. Refund the deposit money and let us move on with our lives. What is the point of all this? To sign people up never do any work and the. Keep $500 dollars for cancelling the contract after you intentionally abandon them. Obviously the FM responses are AI or partly AI generated which just adds another layer of ridiculousness to this whole situation as they stole our deposit money. Look at the first facebook searches on FM exteriors!
