  We had a great experience the first time we came here when we bought flooring for my mom’s house. The flooring we chose was in stock and already in the store, and everything initially went smoothly. We even had one of their installers come out and install it, which at the time seemed like a great experience. However, since then the flooring has started separating and shifting when you walk on it, which has been disappointing considering it was professionally installed. Because the original purchase seemed great at the time, we decided to come back about six months later to buy flooring for our own house. This time we looked at the special-order flooring and picked something we really liked. We were told it would take 10–12 business days to come in, which seemed reasonable. Based on that timeline we arranged time with family to help install it and planned everything around when it should arrive. Well, 15 business days went by with no call, so we called the store ourselves. They told us they would check on it and call us back. Two hours later we still hadn’t heard anything, so we called again. This time we were told the employee was on the phone with the company rep they ordered it from and that he would call us back shortly. We never received that call. We then waited two more weeks and I called again today around 12 PM. I was told once again that they would check on it and call me back. Now it’s almost 4 PM and still no call. Another frustrating part is that every time we call, the employees sound annoyed, rude, and almost offended that we’re even asking about an order that is weeks past the promised timeframe. We’re not calling to be difficult — we’re calling because we still haven’t received flooring that was supposed to arrive 10–12 business days ago. At this point it’s been well over a month and we still don’t have answers. I’m also worried about whether we’ll even be able to get a refund because of the small print on the receipt. This whole experience has become extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend ordering special-order flooring from here. If you’re buying something in stock, it may seem fine at first, but between the flooring at my mom’s house now separating even after professional installation and the terrible experience trying to order more, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Came to Best Buy with an emergency. Our house was on the market and we needed it to be available for showings. We accidentally spilled paint on some carpet and we needed help quick. The big box stores we checked with were going to be at least a two week wait for install. We came in and talked to Ray at Best Buy. Right away he was on it. He showed us some carpet that he had in stock that was going to work perfectly. He had his guys in to measure that day and the carpet was installed in two days. We didn't miss a beat with showings. We were so thankful for the help that Ray gave us. Great customer service!

  I loved dealing with Cody, he was super helpful and I thought the price was extremely competitive on LVP and carpet. Had one hiccup with installation which the team QUICKLY corrected the next day. I would buy from here again!

  I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Jessica. She was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. And, I must add, very patient with me, as I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. I would give customer service 5 stars, hands down. Very pleased.
