Pure Power was recommended to me after the storm and our original company came out and did a shoddy repair and then ghosted us. We were left with no power for 4 days and a generator emitting CO. Aron was responsive , he listened to the series events, walked me through how to trouble shoot over the phone and advised what most likely occurred and how to rectify it. He assisted with getting my power back on and made suggestions for corrective action to our generator and placement of it. Aron was a lifesaver for our sanity. We will be dropping our original installation company and moving our business to Pure Power! They came highly recommended by family and I can see why! Thank you Aaron

I have been using Pure Power for some years now. Aaron and his team are the best in the business. I didn’t know about them when I purchased my generator or I would have been with them since the beginning. Their service is second to none!

My. experience with Pure Power Generators has been great. Two other authorized repair contractors were unable to fix my backup home generator (Briggs & Stratton). I was about the give up on it. But, I contacted Pure Power and they sent out a great technician (Tyler), who was able to quickly identify the problematic part and obtain the replacement part. The generator has been working perfectly since. I wish I would have contacted Pure Power before wasting money on two other very subpar contractors.

I had regular annual service perform today and was greeted by Randall. Pure power was the company that installed my generator there's always been very helpful And today was no exception. As greeted by a very willing and able service technician with a great attitude. I've always been able to rely on these guys to keep in touch with me to perform the maintenance on my unit so that it's working properly when I need it to do so. I have an old house in an area that likely needs to have its power grid updated and so we could power outages every now and then But having this generator that helps me to keep my heat or AC going along with some lights is a big difference maker.. So many people today just want to text or email and not actually talk to anybody so whenever I get accompany you was actually willing to communicate proactively as well as treat customers like they want their business, I am extremely happy to get their help. Keep smiling and keep up the good work. Thank you
