Midwest is the only one that actually started the equipment like Stihl dealers are required to do, and were extremely friends and knowledgeable about what options would work best. I will be coming back again.

Will was a good manager and always answered my questions. Brad Bicknell was excellent at customer service and explaining issues with my mowers. He is a definite positive contributor to the goodwill he generates with customers. I recommend him and the company based on how they treated me, even as a new customer.
