  I had Midwest Equipment repair my Cub Cadet and my Toro Recycler last week. They were very good to work with and did a fine job. Will was a good manager and always answered my questions. Brad Bicknell was excellent at customer service and explaining issues with my mowers. He is a definite positive contributor to the goodwill he generates with customers. I recommend him and the company based on how they treated me, even as a new customer.

  Stopped in to look at zero turn mowers and gentleman named Will was able to show me several options they had. He helped me find the one I fit best on (because I'm 6'10) and that was in my price range! He was great to work with, very friendly and professional. They even delivered it to my little town 45 minutes away from the store! I will most definitely be back for all my lawn care needs and maybe even a generator some day! I went with the Toro Timecutter Max 50" and it does an incredible job and stripes very nicely!

  Needed a part for Generac Generator they had what I needed and had a good conversation! Can't do that on Amazon!

  Just when I was beginning to think the days of customer service were over, Don Mathey and the staff proved me wrong. I stopped by M.E. this morning to look at new zero-turn mowers. I had already looked at the box stores and done some homework on them. Don took the time to ask the right questions, showed me his inventory and explained the pro's and con's of each, and let me decide which one worked best for my needs. No pressure at all. I ended up buying a Cub Cadet Z2-42 with the mulch kit which they happened to have in stock. Also, much to my surprise, Don's price was exactly what Home Depot had them on sale for, plus M.E. services what they sell, unlike the box stores. In fact, Don offered to have the shop install the mulch kit and deliver it to me the same day. Not knocking the box stores, but you just do not get the level of expertise or customer service there like this. Thank you, Don and M.E. crew for everything!

  I have dealt with Midwest equipment in Normal il. for years. They have always taken care of my needs from the front door to Will getting my equipment in and back to me most of the time sooner then expected Don makes the buying experience easy. The girls at the front desk are knowledgeable on all parts. You will not find a friendlier store/shop.
