Don, in sales gave me a great deal on a trade-in for a new Toro ZTR, and when Brad delivered it, he was so friendly and took the time to go over how to use the mower, made sure I was comfortable running it, and answered all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend Midwest Equipment in Normal!

Will was a good manager and always answered my questions. Brad Bicknell was excellent at customer service and explaining issues with my mowers. He is a definite positive contributor to the goodwill he generates with customers. I recommend him and the company based on how they treated me, even as a new customer.

He helped me find the one I fit best on (because I'm 6'10) and that was in my price range! He was great to work with, very friendly and professional. They even delivered it to my little town 45 minutes away from the store! I will most definitely be back for all my lawn care needs and maybe even a generator some day! I went with the Toro Timecutter Max 50" and it does an incredible job and stripes very nicely!
