Great with helping us with design ideas, implementation and follow through with any concerns along the way.

Extremely rude and unprofessional manager. From the beginning, he kept emphasizing how high-end, expensive, and amazing their store and cabinets are, while being very condescending about my budget. He actually suggested that maybe I should just go buy something at Home Depot instead. I have never experienced such an arrogant attitude from someone supposedly trying to earn a customer’s business. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I have enjoyed the services of Kitchen & Bath Mart for two of our bathrooms, being thrilled with the quality of their designs, product recommendations, installation, and what little follow-up service we've needed. Recently one of our faucets somehow went to about half the flow we've had for years. I brought the faucet head to Kitchen & Bath Mart, and Joe promptly took it apart, cleaned it, and tested it, with each step showing and explaining to me what he was doing. He told me to try using the cleaned head at home, and referred me to his colleague George (who'd done our designs) for further help with contacting the manufacturer. Within less than a day, George reported the faucet and its parts were long out of production and recommended specific replacements. Neither Joe nor George asked for even a penny in payment. The experience has reinforced the high confidence I already had in George, Joe, and Kitchen & Bath Mart as a whole.

I recently met with, Krysti Roy, a designer with Kitchen and Bath Mart, to explore several home improvement projects, including adding a full bathroom in our basement, relocating our washer and dryer to the second floor, and reconfiguring our existing closet space into a more functional walk-in design. From the start, the experience was exceptional. Krysti brought a great balance of energy, professionalism, and expertise to the conversation. What stood out most was her ability to truly listen to our needs while also offering thoughtful, creative solutions we hadn’t considered. She walked us through multiple options, clearly explaining the pros and trade-offs of each, which made the process feel collaborative rather than overwhelming. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence as we think through next steps. Just as importantly, she made the experience enjoyable—approachable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit for our home. We would absolutely recommend working with them to anyone considering similar projects.
