- RDRyan D.Jun 30, 20261.0I was recommended here by a contractor I work with so was confident. But after driving up there the experience was awful. First the items were not laid out and labeled in a way that made it easy to find what your looking for, we found a wall tile we liked but most the tiles weren’t labeled as wall, floor, etc in anyway. Now I assume this is so that you need to work with a salesperson to really understand what you’re looking at how it would fit together etc. But in the 20 minutes we were in the store. Not a single employee approached us. We only saw two employees and both were sitting behind the big circular desk in the middle on their phones. We will be buying the materials to redo our bathroom somewhere else simply because the experience made us feel like they couldn’t be bothered to try and help us buy something.
