They were incredibly thorough with removing the damaged carpet, padding, and drywall, and they took the time to make sure everything that needed to come out was properly addressed. They were respectful of our home, kept the work area as clean and organized as possible, and explained what they were doing along the way. What really stood out was their attitude and professionalism. They were friendly, hardworking, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right, not just getting in and getting out.

Lydia immediately took charge and managed the team effectively and efficiently. They did a great job of removing and disposing of all the wet floors and drywalls. They also took care of a moldy area that they discovered while they were there. Lydia was extremely helpful and very courteous in answering any and all questions that we had along the way. They left fans and dehumidifiers over multiple days to ensure everything was dry. We also worked closely with Manny and can say that we would highly recommend Manny, Lydia and the RestorePros team for your water extraction needs!

Manny was great in working through the work step by step and getting a crew out there on time. Saul was the lead guy and knew exactly where to inspect and how to address it. What I appreciated most is the thoroughness with the job and cleanliness of moving in and out of the house.
