I had two other companies inspect my bathroom, and both insisted that the entire wood floor needed to be ripped out due to some dampness around a leaking toilet that needed to be replaced. Manny came out and provided a much more straightforward, honest assessment. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly knew what he was doing. While he noted the flooring was still a bit damp, he didn't believe a full tear-out was necessary or that I would face ongoing mold issues. Instead, he recommended a practical solution: run a dehumidifier for a few days, treat the subfloor with a mold control substance like Microban, and then proceed with the new toilet installation. It is rare to find a company that prioritizes integrity over an expensive, unnecessary project. Manny’s honesty saved me thousands of dollars, and I greatly appreciate it! I can breathe a big sigh of relief now.
