  Isaac came out to provide a remediation estimate. He was thorough and professional across all communications. Showed pictures of their findings and gave a verbal recommendation followed up with written. Would recommend Isaac & RestoPros to the Chicagoland community !!

  RestoPros did an excellent job addressing some concerns involving growth  spots in our attic. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Lydia was especially great to work with—very helpful and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

  We had a fantastic experience with Restopros. We are in Norwood Park in Chicago, and got hit with torrential rains that came right into our finished basement coming up from under our floorboards through the entire space. Even though they are a little bit of a hike, Manny was super helpful with walking us through next steps and getting us scheduled so they could come out the next day. Lydia was fantastic and made a real effort to try to salvage as much as possible. We were able to get away without having to pull up our floors which we really were not expecting and greatly appreciate! Other services we've used have been very quick to pull up everything they could do this was a welcome change of pace. Lydia helped us find the source of the leak, answered all of our questions, and worked very quickly. She was flexible with scheduling since this all happened while we had a guest in town and did everything possible to make sure we were well set up to move on to repairs. I can't say enough how grateful we are for their help, and if we run into this situation again, they will be the first ones we call.

  Basement had flooded and weeks later mold spots showed up. Connected with Manny 9:30pm on a Monday night. He took my phone call and set up an appointment for the next day. Manny came Tuesday, walked through the basement identified all the spots and work needed to be done. Set up removal for the next day (Wednesday). On Wednesday 3 people showed up at 9am the scheduled time. Hector, Isaac and Alex were friendly, neat with their work, and efficient. Got the job done within two hours. Removed impacted drywall and sprayed floor down with an eco-friendly solution. Will work with them again….but hopefully not bc who wants mold :). If you need to work with them you will be in good hands.

  I was extremely impressed with the experience, honesty, and professionalism from the home inspector that came to my home and assessed my basement after I got water on my parts of my basement floor. Manny Pepin (the GM) went above and beyond to make sure I understood how the water entered the basement and the ways in which a home is designed to eject unwanted water. Manny is a very pleasant and accommodating person - which appears to be rare in this industry. He told me that the owner experienced his own issues with water in his basement many years ago and decided to start a reputable business based on his experience with limited reputable restoration options in the area. I’m happy to have found an honest company and I will be recommending RestoPros to my friends and family.
