Very courteous and responsive from beginning to end. They were open and honest about all my options and the pros and cons of each. They helped me choose out good colors, which was surprisingly hard for me, so I appreciate their patience and willingness to drop by with extra color samples. The crew was great and so friendly. They worked efficiently, even in the very cold and even with the huge scope of demolition my porch required. I love my new porch. I talked to a lot of companies before hiring Platinum Decking and some were so shady that I actually considered doing it myself just to avoid having to deal with contractors. So it was a huge relief to find Platinum Decking. Everything was smooth and painless. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish, and we're already loving the results. Kaylee was great throughout the decision process, guiding us through the various choices to put together our perfect deck. Rob made it clear how the project would progress and did a great job coordinating the schedule. Lucas and Chris did an incredible job on the deck, from demo to final details. They were a pleasure to have around--always respectful, creative, and going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

All Decked Out! 5 Star reviews is what drew me to call Platinum Decking and they lived up to our expectations every step of the way. Tom put together an excellent team and stayed involved in the project giving us daily updates. Breanna and Rob in sales and design listened to our ideas and made good suggestions. Adam, Edgar and Parker displayed skilled craftsmanship while being professional and courteous at all times. Look no further and call Platinum today! Saleena and Luke Thachet Naperville

We completed a large project (HUGE demo, wrap around waterfall stairs, lighting, paver patio and built-in kitchen*) with Tom and his team this spring/summer and even with the complications of Covid lengthening our timeline we were happy with the way the delays were handled. We used Timbertech boards because of color matching needs and are satisfied with the overall appearance. NOTE: Trex and Timbertech have different sizing and bracketing layouts so make sure you understand the differences before selecting a brand. The crews are hard working, professional and patient with customers like us who inspect projects very carefully. You can't beat Platinum's pricing and transparency. Great company to work with. *Stone work done thru Alvarado Landscaping
