  Air conditioning went out the hottest day of the year! Zouheir came out as agreed and went to work to find out what was going on. He explained the situation and talked about options, but my spouse was out of town and I wanted to wait until the next day. Zouheir understood and set out for workaround so we would have some relief until the next day, which I really appreciated. He set up an appointment for the next morning. He answered my many questions and showed me what was happening. I appreciated his obvious knowledge and experience. Linda Morgan

  Repair person great but office not . They say the cost would be be told befor doing not the case, you don’t get price till after worker leave and gives what he did to them so to spray the fins with my hose and water and a 2/2 lg freon is well over $300. Told not trip fee . I would use the guy rant did the work but not the company as they are to different thing it was a hi list call amnd this company uses different company for the work

  I really had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! It started with Zou coming out to assess my non-working A/C. Zou was kind, thoughtful, and a great teacher. He explained everything he was looking at and why, which really helped me make the right decision for my situation. When KC came to talk to me about new systems, he was patient and also did a great job of explaining all of my options. Then the big day came and the goodness just continued! Jesse and Rami worked so hard in such unbearable heat, they are truly amazing! Jesse and Rami took great care of my home while lugging huge, heavy parts back and forth from the basement and installing the system outside. Every one of these men made sure all of my questions were answered and that everything was working exactly as it should be. I am so grateful (and finally not sweating!) and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help!

  This is my first google review as feel the need to warn others. I will try to stick to the facts: -I hired them for routine annual maintenance and cleaning service on my two A/C's -When I asked for the price beforehand over the phone, I was told they would do a free inspection and cleaning and then would discuss price afterward for anything they found -After their service they said they would invoice me, I then asked again what the price was, it was high but I kind of deserved it for not getting a firm number ahead of time -TWO days later, my main A/C stopped working. I called them about it but they were unavailable to come out that evening and started setting up the conversation to blame the storm that passed through. They offered to come the next day but I had a bad feeling about their service so I hired a competitor. -The competitor found mice inside the A/C electrical unit that had chewed on the wires which caused the A/C to lose power. He asked when the A/C was last serviced and was genuinely shocked when I told him just two days ago. -The pictures attached are of my unit two days after the maintenance service performed by this company. -They refused to give me a refund after I shared these facts. They said they would consider a partial refund only if I shared the invoice from their competitor. -Their competitor not only fixed the A/C but performed a proper cleaning and the total cost was less than half than what this company charged. Based on my discussions with them post this incident I believe they are maybe the most intellectually dishonest business I've ever worked with. You'll probably get a sense of what I mean by that from whatever they reply with to this review. Save yourself the headache and just use someone else. There are plenty of other options. I can only imagine the hassle and invoice that would've came if I stuck with them for the repair.

  Zouheir was fantastic! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and helped point out the good/bad things with my system. He even explained how I can maintain the system myself, and when I should call a professional to help. He went over a large checklist of things with me and explained how each part could impact my system, my house, and what costs would be involved if I didnt maintain the system properly. I will suggest this company to anyone who asks about AC and HVAC system needs!
