  Excellent company to work with. Dave was our salesperson, and he genuinely seems to care about both the product and helping his customers. We were a little anxious about the installation, particularly the cleanup and waterproofing, but the crew handled everything very well. We had one minor issue with a sliding window afterward, and several employees reached out promptly to make sure it was addressed. We’ll most likely use Next Door & Window again when we replace our next set of windows next year, assuming the price doesn’t increase too much.

  I would not recommend Next Door & Window based on our experience. Our window installation was frustrating from the beginning. The crew manager had a poor attitude, the installation took longer than estimated, and they left debris and dirt throughout our home. The worst part came about six months later when winter arrived and EVERY window they installed was leaking. When the same crew manager came back, he initially blamed our house rather than taking responsibility. The windows ultimately had to be fixed, requiring every window to be taken apart again. Despite the inconvenience, increased energy costs, and the fact that every window had an issue, we received no refund or meaningful compensation. We even recently gave Next another chance by requesting a quote for two exterior doors. We specifically asked for some goodwill savings given everything we experienced with the windows and the opportunity for them to earn back our trust. They refused to offer anything meaningful, and their quote was essentially the same as competitors. Problems happen, but customer service is about how a company handles those problems. After spending a significant amount of money (over $56k) with Next and dealing with issues on every window they installed, their lack of accountability and effort to retain us as a customer was extremely disappointing. We will not be using them again.

  It was a pleasure working with Next Door and Window to have my storm door replaced. They matched the new one to my expectations and installed flawlessly. A very well-run and organized company.

  We were quite satisfied with the ordering, expected delivery time and installation process. The crew arrived promptly in the morning and completed both floors of our house in 2 days. There were 10 windows to be completed. The windows are quality materials and everything we expected after visiting the showroom. All of the employees we dealt with were professional and responded promptly if we had questions. Thanks Next Door and Window for a great experience.
