  Hi Bryan, The installers finished and I wanted to drop you a note of thanks. The floor is absolutely gorgeous! We couldn’t be happier with the wood you found for us. The installers were very professional with the floor installation and custom baseboards. Thanks again to you for designing the baseboards, they’re perfect.   Joanna was patient and helpful in assisting us with choosing our floor. The color is perfect and we’re thrilled. The delivery was on time and the young man was quick, pleasant and very professional. (We’re installing our own floor) Thank you for a great experience from start to finish.

  It was a very easy selection process. Kate was was very knowledgeable and provided great ideas. Len in the warehouse was absolutely awesome in getting supplier problems fixed. He was proactive in communicating with us whether he had good news or bad. That was a relief to me. I would highly recommend Great Western Flooring.
