I had a very disappointing experience with Great Western Flooring. Before the installation started, I specifically asked the supervisor, Steve, to come inspect the floors to make sure everything was properly leveled and ready for installation. Steve assured me the floors were fine and approved the install.
After the flooring was installed, it became obvious the subfloor was not properly leveled, which resulted in noticeable issues throughout the floor. Since then, I’ve spent weeks going back and forth trying to get this resolved. Unfortunately, instead of standing behind their work and offering a solution, Steve has been unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problem.
For a company that advertises professionalism and quality workmanship, I expected much better communication, accountability, and customer service. I would not recommend Great Western Flooring based on my experience and will be escalating further.
Len at Great Western Flooring gets all 5 stars from me for his SUPERIOR customer service!! First, he carried my remnant from my car into the warehouse; then he delivered the completed area rug to my home when I couldn’t pick it up due to conflicting work hours. He had a smile that went all the way up to his eyes and such kindness—even though he was at the end of his work day. His actions made my day. Thank you, Ken!

Great experience with every one involved in the process from the showroom to the finish product installation was freindly happy and helpful. Don't see this level of service very often. Happy employees make happy customers . Will definitely use them in any future projects

The company was very professional and quick with finalizing the estimate and then scheduling the work. Once contracted, we had the work scheduled in just a few weeks. The quality is beyond our expectations. If we could provide 6 out of 5 stars, we would. The crew called the night before and then several times every day the work was being done just to provide an update on the progress of the work. My wife and I appreciated the transparency so much and the updates really helped put our mind at ease while we were out of the house for a few days. Truly, I will be bringing my business back to Great Western when we expand into other areas of our home for the exceptional quality! We would recommend them in a heartbeat to our friends, family, and neighbors (and already have)!
