She went out of her way to help with the process of choosing and ordering a rug from the vast selection of samples in the showroom. Even the process of picking up the finished rug was seamless. They also went above and beyond to get me the best pricing they could. Their hours are somewhat limited for those who do not have a flexible working schedule, but I was able to maneuver around that.
