  Had a great experience with Deljo! I was able to book an appt the day I needed a repair. The office was very communicative about timing and I appreciated the text that introduces who your technician will be and allows you to track their arrival. Charlie was extremely knowledgable and was able to identify the problem with our a/c unit and fix it on the spot! The business and Charlie were transparent about pricing. I can't say enough great things about Deljo and Charlie. I will definitely be using them for any future needs and will be referring them to any friends or neighbors who need HVAC repairs or services!

  Deljo Heating & Cooling is great to work with. I had an issue with my AC where it wasn’t blowing cool. I did some research online and suspected it was a bad capacitor. However, I called Deljo, one because they were close to my house and two seemed to get good reviews from customer testimonials. ChatGPT placed them As one of the recommended contractors for my area. So Sal came to look at my AC and he ran some tests and opened the AC. He explained what he was testing throughout the process and recommended a complete HVAC replacement, which I anticipated since I’ve had the original HVC for 25+ years. He had recommended I speak to Matt about my options. Matt was great at explaining my house and what it would take to bring it to modern HVAC standards. I signed with Deljo and feel confident that I made the right choice.

  Great experience with all members of the team, they arrive on time and do what they say they will. Only qualm is I feel that the technicians will leave saying all is good with the system but then after the fact someone from corporate reaches out to follow up on the estimate for additional service the tech noted. But the communication from the techs is lacking. To me feels like corporate pushes upsells but the techs aren’t always comfortable actually recommending it to the clients. Has happened 2/3 visits for me. It would be nice to be educated on what’s a necessity and what’s a nice to have

  Great service provided by Ernesto during a maintenance check. He was polite and professional, and showed knowledge of the system despite many of the components being 20+ years old. He was patient in answering my questions. Greatly appreciated. Updating my review to note that I had the AC, humidifier and water heater replaced as they were each about 20 years old. DJ and Robin showed up to do the work and did a great job. It was an almost eight hour job during warm weather and they got it done with a minimum of fuss. They cleaned up great so that it didn’t look like a major overhaul had taken places and DJ took the time afterwards to give pointers and answer questions from me.

  Five stars for the incredible team at Deljo! I’ve spent years dealing with other companies that completely failed to diagnose my cooling issues. Deljo fixed everything in one shot. Jay did a fantastic job with the initial diagnosis, and Jake was great at inspecting the space and writing up a fair, transparent estimate while also being very accessible and answering all of my questions. The installation crew-Juan, Luis, and their assistant were all next level. They came out to install a new condenser and coil, as well as lift my existing furnace onto a 6-inch box for better airflow. Once they took the old system apart, Juan showed me how my existing return line was severely restricting the unit. They didn't just ignore it; they went above and beyond to build and install a brand-new return air drop to accommodate a larger filter. Their work was meticulous and their pride in their craftsmanship truly shines through. If you want a company that actually understands airflow engineering and treats their customers right, look no further than Deljo. And a special thank you to Juan, Luis and their assistant!
