  I’m so happy with our experience with A-Plus Electric! From the moment they came out, everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with the work being done. They were punctual, efficient, and left everything clean when they were finished. It’s hard to find companies you can truly trust, and I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

  I cannot recommend this company after the experience I had. What started as a $175 service call quickly turned into a $1,000 charge for work that was not thoroughly explained. The technician quoted me around $3,000 for the job, which I declined. I was then told that since I had to pay for the hourly/service fee anyway, he might as well update the breakers while he was there. I agreed to the breaker replacement thinking I was authorizing a reasonable, necessary repair — not realizing I was about to be charged roughly three times what the breakers cost at a hardware store. I feel completely duped and taken advantage of. Going from $175 to approximately $1,000 for this work was an outrageous jump, especially when the materials themselves were being marked up so heavily. I contacted the boss/owner to complain and explain what happened. I couldn’t even get a call back. That lack of accountability made the entire experience even worse. Customers deserve clear pricing, transparency, and the opportunity to make an informed decision before being charged hundreds of dollars more than expected. That is not what I experienced here. Stay far away. Get a second opinion, ask for an itemized estimate, and know exactly what you are agreeing to before allowing this company to do any work.
