How do you guys decide which day of the week you're going to pickup trash? Pick a day of the week out of a hat? A magic 8 ball? Throws darts at the calendar? Every single week it's pickup up on different day and practically never the actual day of the week it's supposed to be on. It's been going on like this for what has to be at least 3 months now. Our house has been with you guys for a long time but it's getting ridiculous at this point

Worst garbage service in town my garbage has not been picked up in over two weeks and when you call them all they make is excuses that they are short staffed which is not my problem if they can't do the job you pay them to do then they need to close they are horrible warning do not use them ever
They will tell you your garbage is going to be picked up and it never is if I could leave no stars I would but google makes you pick at least one they are 100 percent zero stars

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I have had to call almost weekly to figure out when trash and recycling will be picked up. We're supposed to be picked up on Wednesday, pick up doesn't typically happen until Saturday or the next week. They never pick up the recycling, and I was just told to bag it up and put it in the trash can(I like to recycle). I've tried to give them grace since our landlord has used them for years. Today I called to ask for an update, and make sure we havent been overcharged. I was told we can't discuss anything with the route unless your name is on the bill. Ok, but that was never a problem the past 3 years? Kept getting the answer "I don't know". Finally she got frustrated and hung up on me twice. I call back and get a nice gentleman who is willing to give me a date and apologize. The lady I was being yelled at by grabbed the phone out of his hand, tried to get my name and when I refused(well you have it now because of the review made) because it seemed like she was doing it to intimidate me, she hung up on me a 3rd time. I've requested a supervisor. Please start recording phone calls so you can hear how your employees talk to VALUED AND LOYAL customers.

They haven't picked up our trash for over two weeks. For the last several months, we've continued to pay our monthly bill that should be for weekly pickup, but they really only come every couple of weeks. So, we're essentially paying for services that we're not receiving. And we never know what day they'll actually show up, so we just have to keep our trash can permanently parked on the street. If they haven't gone out of business yet, I'm sure it won't be long, considering how many customers they're gonna lose or have already lost. We've been really patient with them, but it's gotten ridiculous.

Up until my trash guy broke his hand not once in all the time I’ve been a customer have I EVER, EVER had a problem with this company.
Since March 2026 my trash has been hit and miss. This morning June 26, 2026 picked one bag and left the other bags. Very disappointing.
Lady receptionist needs better customer service PERIOD. She’s rude, rude, rude. Every time I speak to her on the phone, rude.
