  Bill's showed up on time (early actually) and serviced my garage door and opener which had been pretty much neglected for 16 years. When he left the unit was working much more smoothly and quietly. Fair price. Will definitely call him again when needed.

  I called Bills Garage Door right after 5 pm on a weekday as the spring on the garage door had broken and I had to get my car out. My local company couldn’t come until the following day. A technician reached out and was here very promptly. I had done some research on approximately what this might cost, including the after hours service call. The technician was pleasant at the beginning. Then when he told me how much this was going to cost, I about fainted. He first offered me the top of the line model, and EACH spring was almost $1000. Not including the labor, drums, cable, etc.. I told him that was too much. Then he told me about a lower price level, and that wasn’t much cheaper. Around $700 PER spring, plus, plus, plus. Then he finally got around to the basic level which, after all the add ons, totaled $1500. I asked him for an estimate so I could look at what I was getting and he said ‘Do you want an estimate or do you want your garage door to work?’ I absolutely had to get my car out and felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. I agreed and he was done in about 20-30 minutes. I don’t know when I’ve felt more scammed. I don’t believe I even needed new drums or cable, but he was insistent. Lesson learned. I would never recommend this company. He also showed up in a beat up pickup truck with a bunch of supplies thrown into the back. No sign for Bills Garage Door or anything. Be forewarned.

  Our 75yr old garage door broke, Bill Jr came out the same day to look at our door and make emergency repairs so it would close. Gave us a very resonable quote to replace the entire door and system. A week later he came back and did the work. We could not be happier with the new door and opener. I would highly recommend Bills Garage Door.

  On time. Very knowledgeable. Explained the problem well and quoted the cost up front. It was a fairly minor repair but no attempt was made to sell me more than was needed. Job completed efficiently and quickly. I’d use Bill’s Garage Service again.
