- MMMike Miller6 days ago5.0We had damage from a tornado and needed to replace a garage wall. 360 was diligent to get our power ready for switching to a temporary meter, to the point where they had to run our power through our attic. They finished up in the pouring rain without missing a beat.
- MPMartin PsinasJul 29, 20265.0I was exploring potential solar options when I found 360 who brought the ILSFA program to my attention, which honestly sounded too good to be true. I already felt overwhelmed researching the countless options out there and was starting to think you couldn't really trust anyone, but with ILSFA they claimed I could own the system outright without a loan. I submitted an application and they determined that I qualified, but I still needed to be approved for funding which dries up quickly each year from all the competing applicants. It was a long and slow process, just over a year, but I finally got approved. 360 has been outstanding every step of the way with exceptional communication, setting realistic expectations, and my only out of pocket expense for the system is covering the 15 year warranty which is extremely reasonable. I feel very fortunate like I won the lottery or something. They've earned a customer for life.
