  We moved in to our new house and needed to change our reverse osmosis system filters, but didn't know where to look locally. Found Great Water USA, used the online form to share specific serial numbers for my RO system while they were closed, and the next day they reached out to confirm they had my filters in stock. Picked them up the next day. Super helpful!

  Unfortunately I do not have a good review for this company. I had problems with well water at my house and the rental next door. I purchased two of their recommended water filtration systems to eliminate “Rotten Egg” smell or sulfur dioxide in the well water. They came out and did the install using peck’s tubing instead of copper, the wrong media was in the filter and had to be replaced twice, the drain tube was just placed into the sump opening and not zip tied down. It came out and spewed water and filter media in the utility section of our basement. This nightmare started last summer in August when we purchased these filters and between our house and the rental we had Great Water out numerous times to try to fix the problem. When I finally had enough early June this year. I called Great Water and asked for them to come out and take the filters back and refund my money. Steve refused stating he didn’t have the opportunity to come out and fix them. I was very disappointed that Great Water did not stand behind their product and left me with two Water Filters that cost $6,000+. I cannot recommend this company.

  I’ve been doing business with Steve @ Great water since 2021. The quality of their products, quick response, and value for customers is above all. Steve came out to test my water to discover the water was fine, but it was another issue due to a water heater. I tried paying him for his time out to my place, and he wouldn’t accept anything. Honest people like this is hard to find. I highly recommend using great water for all your water needs!!!
