  I had a great experience with Great Water USA out of Morris, IL. We were dealing with an issue at one of our rental properties where the well water was very concerning to the tenants. Naturally, I was expecting to hear that we needed an expensive new system for filtration and a water softening. Instead, Steve came out, assessed the situation, and found that the water was simply bypassing the existing softener. He made the necessary corrections, tested the water, and everything checked out perfectly. No upsell. No unnecessary equipment. Just honest work! The total cost was minimal, which honestly surprised me—in a good way. In a time where it feels like a lot of companies are quick to overcharge or push services you don’t need, this kind of honesty stands out. We REALLY appreciate Steve and the Great Water USA team for doing the right thing. Highly recommend 5 Stars just isn't enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  It is a great place to get peroxide. The prices are very reasonable and they are always very helpful!
