  FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY! ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT NOT THIS ONE, UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. We are a Military Veteran Family that saved up our money to have a new a new generator installed less than a year ago with their offices in Morris Illinois for peace of mind in case of power failure during storms. Have had nothing but problems with it since and it has never once worked when the electricity went out. The generator has over cranked over 10 times since it was installed, which makes the generator unusable. They have sent out service personnel at least a dozen times over the past 8 months fixing and testing different things trying to make it work correctly. Again, today, electricity went out and generator overcranked like it has done in the past and generator locked out. They send someone out to “fix it” just for it to happen over and over again. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but problems and no one to fix it or even know what they are doing. It’s disgusting that a Military Veteran Family has to pay $6000 to $8000 dollars in full for a new generator and it has not worked consistently since we got installed and nothing is being done to correct it. Wasted time and money, no one at this company even cares.

  We had multiple companies give us quotes on our whole house generator project. Adams was the most professional and took the time to explain the how and whys of the estimate. Jack was AWESOME. Highly recommend them!

  I had Adams out to quote a generator replacement. Their price was about $2,000 more than the estimates from the other two companies, but they did offer some details that others did not. They just weren't as important to me. However, I live in a very private neighborhood, surrounded by forest preserve and a river. Our neighbors are all older and watch everything. The salesman parked a little bit down my road after he left. My neighbors told me later that afternoon that he had left a giant pile of garbage along the roadside while he parked. Disrespectful and very disappointing. Won't be hiring.
