  Nic performed annual maintenance on my Adam's Generac whole house generator. He was on time and explained the maintenance process he was completing. I had previously called for an appointment and the service was completed on-time and efficiently.

  Couldn’t get a technician out for 3 weeks. When tech showed up was there 15min and left. I had to call 3 times over the next week to get an update. After 6 weeks still no one came out.

  Man the 2 installers they sent to my house to complete my install was the bomb! Very nice and professional. They kept asking how I wanted everything and I told them just do what you would do at your home. And just know they killed everything!! Very neat and a professional look.

  Adams gave me a quote over the phone and set up my new whole house generator package. We had an installation date for the end of September, but they had an opening and were courteous enough to remember to call and ask if I'd like to be moved up on the installation list. My installers were kind, professional, knowledgeable and fast! I highly recommend Adams and kudos to the team for making this happen so quickly!
