  My first time using this service and there were some hiccups along the way. The first technician came completely unprepared to do the job I had hired the company for, so they ended up rescheduling me for another day. Inconvenient but I got rescheduled and they came back 3 days later. Another tech came and did my kitchen backsplash, it looked good aside from the one end where he finished up the work. The edge wasn’t straight and it looked very rushed and sloppily done. I told them I wasn’t happy with that area after the work was done and they came back the following week to fix it at no charge. It was overall a lot more complicated of an experience than I would’ve liked or than it needed to be, but I’m happy my backsplash is done now.

  They two men who worked on my greenhouse did an excellent job. I just felt so bad it is so very hot for them. I highly recommend this company.

  Duane K. did an outstanding job on a fairly involved project: building a reinforced H-frame rack in my mobile home's laundry room and mounting a full whole-home water treatment system (sediment pre-filter, three-stage Big Blue filter, UV sterilizer, and electronic descaler) in preparation for our plumber. I came to the job with a very detailed scope of work — specific clearances, mounting heights, and component positioning — and Duane followed it precisely while also bringing his own expertise to the table. The H-frame is rock solid, the canisters are mounted with exactly the clearance needed for future filter changes, and everything is clean, level, and professional. He clearly knew how to work with mobile home framing, which I appreciated given how different that is from standard construction. He was punctual, easy to communicate with, and took real pride in getting the details right. Thanks to his work, our plumber was able to walk in the next day and get straight to the plumbing connections without any issues. Highly recommend Duane and Ace Handyman Services for anyone who needs careful, skilled carpentry work done right. Five stars.
