- KKKristenAug 22, 20263.0My first time using this service and there were some hiccups along the way. The first technician came completely unprepared to do the job I had hired the company for, so they ended up rescheduling me for another day. Inconvenient but I got rescheduled and they came back 3 days later. Another tech came and did my kitchen backsplash, it looked good aside from the one end where he finished up the work. The edge wasn’t straight and it looked very rushed and sloppily done. I told them I wasn’t happy with that area after the work was done and they came back the following week to fix it at no charge. It was overall a lot more complicated of an experience than I would’ve liked or than it needed to be, but I’m happy my backsplash is done now.
