  Dylan came out to my house to check on some issues I was having with my bathroom. Their punctuality was great. I had to drop off my child at school, and by the time I got back, he was already there. He helped me solve an issue I was having in my bathroom with knowledgeable advice. He also conducted a plumbing inspection of my house, which gave me peace of mind about any near-future repairs. I will definitely continue to use his services and highly recommend him to others.

  This whole team gives A1 professional service!! I had called around to the major plumbing networks, paying a diagnostics and not getting any satisfaction or service since last week. Dylan came out "Johnny on The Spot" within 30 minutes after my call to diagnose the problem and he got right to work On the problem. The cost for The work to be done was more than fair and much better than the other quotes that I received. I take VERTICAL PLUMBING as being very professional, knowledgeable and very serious about the job and taking care of their clients/customers. They also have good communication skills and had no problem educating me on causes and effect in relation to the job being performed as well as justifying the cost. I'm so happy that I found them and I wish them all continued success in the future. 💯✊🏿👏🏿💪🏿

  I called this company to ask about an issue that I had with my Sump Pump. I thought it would've probably take a long time for someone to come out, surprisingly there were two guys that came out the same day. They came to my home & introduced themselves & they asked me what was the problem. They went into my crawlspace to see what the problem was & that it could be repaired, I agreed to the repairs. They did an excellent job. I would recommend to family & friends Thank You

  Absolutely recommend - they installed a new reverse osmosis system for me. And also connected my new sink and dishwasher after my new countertop was installed. Even came back a day later when I had questions about the function of the system. Great service. Super informative. Works on the spot!!!! They came again and connected my gas line to my stovetop. My drawer didn’t fit right with the gas line and they fixed the drawer to ensure it would close properly and not interfere with the gas line. Absolutely amazing - great attention to detail. Great work again! Thanks!
