  I had a good experience with Vertical Plumbing right from the start. It started with the person who answered the phone on a Sunday and took my information, who was very polite and reassuring. She explained everything very thoroughly and followed up to confirm on the day of the scheduled appointment. Then the guys who came to do the repairs were also polite and professional. They repaired my faulty toilet in no time. As a customer, it’s important to me when a business has a good attitude and expresses some sort of understanding towards the customer. Which is why I am happy to give 5 stars. Thank you Vertical Plumbing! I appreciate your services!

  my toilet was gushing and it started at five am, and we did our best to detain it. but to no avail. when I called the lady was very professional and patient, she found me someone to come out. he arrived 40 minutes after my call, shut off the water to the house and proceeded to explain to my husband what he could do. we went with a rod out and he imediately did it in a professional and timely manner. my heart goes out to him. we are elderly people and trying to retain that water was a nightmare. thank you sooo much for responding in a quickly manner. highly recommended.❤️.

  Tyrek and Markel helped me pick out the best option for my sump pump and water softener replacements. They were quick and efficient with the installation of the sump pump the same day. They came back to install the softener with Dylan a few days later after the filter and tank they ordered arrived. All men were very nice and explained everything I needed to know about maintaining the systems. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

  It was my first time using vertical plumbing. I had two leaky outdoor hose bibs. I made the appointment on 7/30, and they came out the next morning within the promised time window. The two gentlemen who came, Dylan and Markel, were very professional and knowledgeable. I explained what I needed, and they quoted me before starting the work, which I appreciated. I agreed, and they got busy. Two hours later, they were finished. They made sure everything was working and that there were no leaks. I appreciate their hard work, professional attitude, and fair pricing. As a homeowner, I believe you need a solid electrician and a plumber on your team, and I think I've found my plumber.
