- BGBill GilbertSep 23, 20265.0Theseplumbers are really good. Fixed the problem in about between 15 minutes and a half hour. They came on time and we’re very professional. I would recommend them first of all.
- APApple PeachSep 10, 20265.0On September 10th 2026, my kitchen sink was backed up and I called Vertical Plumbing to get it resolved quickly and efficiently. Dylan the plumber was very professional. He explained what may have caused the clog, the price and the procedure.Dylan and Markel came right in and started working on the problem. After completing the job they cleaned up behind themselves. The sink is working perfect now. I highly recommend Vertical Plumbing for any drain issues. Great job 👍
- CBCarolyn BillingsleySep 1, 20265.0I was serviced by Dylan and Markel. Excellent customer service and communication on the problem and cost of repair. I was very pleased with the service.
- STSohappy TobemeAug 19, 20265.0I had a good experience with Vertical Plumbing right from the start. It started with the person who answered the phone on a Sunday and took my information, who was very polite and reassuring. She explained everything very thoroughly and followed up to confirm on the day of the scheduled appointment. Then the guys who came to do the repairs were also polite and professional. They repaired my faulty toilet in no time. As a customer, it’s important to me when a business has a good attitude and expresses some sort of understanding towards the customer. Which is why I am happy to give 5 stars. Thank you Vertical Plumbing! I appreciate your services!
