  Dear Jeans Septic, We had a great thing going. I called and chatted with Mikayla, (she’s awesome—the best part of the team) and set up well and septic tests. The tests were done, the reports sent once you received payment and we needed some extra work done in order to close our transaction on time. Then it all went downhill… I do not understand why sending an estimate would be so difficult. I emailed with Mikayla every day for a week and a half and kept getting “you’ll have it tomorrow” or “you’ll have it by Friday” or “Angela and Jeremy are working on it”, until the email Friday, “the bosses are out of town for the weekend, will make sure you get on Monday”. What?? You knew we had a closing, that this estimate was the only thing we needed and still you blew us off… You delayed our closing. If you didn’t want the job, just say so. Instead, you strung us along with no intention of sending an estimate or doing the work. We went with a different septic company who hopped right on it and was able to give a same day estimate. Tg for Ryan! This could’ve been a beautiful business relationship but instead was just another very disappointing experience.

  Over priced and horrible job for septic cleaning .They charge $400 for only a minute of service .Never again !

  Seriously!? $395 for a service that is $225 from the biggest name in septic work in Chicagoland and $100-125 from MULTIPLE small mom n pop septice service... Wow

  I will never understand why they would send someone out to check a job out charge you 240 bucks to test soil bring a 3 ft rod to find a 4 foot deep pipe and never give an estimate. The women in office seem very confused Jeans has serviced my property 5x in that last 8 yrs and they have no records of it.im about 1 mile down the road. After this honest review im sure the price will double. They seem too be to busy to want your business. There are some really good places over the boarder if anyone is interested. At some point you lose interest in a company with thier lack of integrity and commitment to thier customers. They have always serviced us well but its time to move on.

  Jeans Septic has been servicing my home for the past 6 years. Before moving to the country I was a city girl,never had a clue what a septic did or what. Sebastian and his partner were respectful of our home and full of knowledge when asking him about issues we had. They are super friendly and patient with me. Best pricing I can find as well.
