- JTJason TerryJun 19, 20261.0I just watched a man in a Freed truck at Davenport Coasto drive like a maniac in between the gas pump. And yell at a customer to move. Because he did not want to parallel park. Totally unprofessional behavior.
- JCjed clampetJun 3, 20265.0We called freed to inspect our air conditioning unit, Brad come to inspect we decided to replace both the furnace and cooling units .Brad suggested the correct unit for our house.They come to install very quickly.We had a small blip but it was resolved very fast.Thank you Freed for making things simple.We will continue to depend on freed.
- PSParry SnyderFeb 1, 20235.0After experiencing recent issues with our furnace, we contacted Freed for an appointment. They had someone available the very next day. Our technician was Josh. He was on time, completed service and repairs in a reasonable amount of time and explained all needed repairs before performing them. Josh also offered to set us up for a spring and fall maintenance schedule to prevent future issues. Heather arranged the appointment and when service was complete, took payment over the phone. Thank you for being there to help in our time if need. We highly recommend Freed heating & air conditioning. Our Lennox system was installed by Freed in 2016 and has performed flawlessly until our own failure to perform proper yearly maintenance caused this most recent issue
