Tech was very good. Only thing is that when they quote before starting they don’t include labor, tax. Final cost is much more.

BEWARE as they have no integrity? We've been a client of theirs since before 2022. They have installed two min-splits in our office, most recently in 2024. Two weeks ago the system stopped working, the service tech John come out and informed me that compressor went out in the condenser.
The compressor is covered under the manufacture's warranty. It took two weeks of me calling integrity for an update on the repairs only to inform me this morning that we need to get someone else because their "labor" isn't covered by the manufacture's warranty. I call BS on that because of course not we would pay the labor which has been typical since the stat of manufacture's warranty.
This is what they tell us, after two weeks when the weather is to be some of the hottest experienced in Chicago (105 degree heat index for at least the next three days)
In short, for lack of a better term they SUCK and I will write this on all social medias out there.
After securing another service, we come to find out that the condenser is damaged and would not be covered under any warranty. Per the new service tech, "it looks as if it was damaged when it was installed"
