- TOTimothy OdomJun 30, 20265.0I suddenly lost power to half my house on a Thursday evening, called Jeff on Friday morning and he was able to fit me in that day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as an issue at the meter socket and provided all of the information that I needed to give ComEd for a service call. I was able to schedule a service call and get a temporary solution while they prepared to fix the line feeding my house. Jeff’s clear explanations of the problem at hand and excellent follow up to my many questions after his service were second to none. I highly recommend Imarq for your residential electrical needs!

He came out found that an outlet on the other side of the room had lost its neutral connection, this effected the other outlet due to the romex wiring in our home. Things were done differently in the 70s , when our house was built and the electrical was run a bit differently than it would be now. He found the issue and fixed as well as. Letting us know about potential issues in the future. Will definitely use again and recommend to our friends and family.

Support your local companies! The work was fantastic and impeccable as they diagnosed my problem and explained it in great detail. They helped me navigate a bigger issue with ComEs and helped get my power restored and a permanent fix with ComEd moving. I will only use them moving forward.
