  Jacob did an incredible job repairing our second-floor AC unit! It was blowing weak, warm air on a 94-degree day. Jacob spent 4 hours tracking down the issue, fixed a refrigerant leak, and recharged the system. The results speak for themselves—our vents went from blowing 68+ degrees to a crisp 55 degrees, easily keeping our upstairs at a comfortable 72 degrees during peak afternoon heat. Professional, honest, and highly skilled. Thank you, Jacob!

  Jordan was fantastic! He was polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. He came prepared, took pictures of the work he did. He thoroughly.explained what was wrong and how it was fixed. Very friendly, professional and hard working. I highly recommend him for any heating or air conditioning job you need done. Oh it is in the 90's here and they were able to fit me in for the same day so I the house xould be cooled!

  As a repeat commercial customer, I expected this company to stand behind its work. Instead, after paying for repairs, we had to schedule multiple return visits for the same issue, and each visit came with another service charge. When a new problem arose immediately following their work, their solution was to charge us yet again to evaluate the issue. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. Julie was dismissive, unprofessional, outrightly rude and unwilling to work toward a fair resolution. Rather than valuing a loyal customer, we were met with poor communication and a lack of accountability. A reputable company should stand behind its workmanship and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

  Our technician, Josh Berg was great! He was professional, friendly, respectful of our home, thorough and informative. We decided to sign up for the Comfort Club and Josh explained all the options and answered our questions. He suggested, without pressure, a surge protector for the ac unit which we also decided to do. We were pleased with his service and will ask for him when we call Comfort Zone for our next services. Comfort Zone has been a great company for all our HVAC needs. Don’t hesitate to call them.

  They came out the same day we called. Initially, we were only looking to repair our AC unit, but after learning more about the condition and age of our system, we decided to replace both the AC unit and furnace. At 23 years old, our existing systems had definitely served their time. What really stood out was the value. The total cost for both new systems, including installation, was lower than what three other companies quoted us for just an AC replacement. The pricing got our attention, but the service is what truly earned our business. Every person we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. At no point did I feel pressured, talked down to, or pushed toward a more expensive option. Instead, they treated us with respect, took the time to answer our questions, and empowered us to make the decision that was right for our home and budget. They presented several options, clearly explained the differences, and offered excellent financing choices as well. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them. Highly recommended.
